Even knowing Lyon, we discovered and learned a lot thanks to Nathalie, our guide. She is top-notch, and it is also thanks to her that it was a wonderful experience. Nothing to complain about regarding the tastings, and thanks to the hosts who welcomed us with a smile.
Natalie was an amazing host! She was knowledgeable and warm and very informative going into the history of the Lyon food scene. Lyon is such a great city to experience food, I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to deeper their knowledge in the food scene. The food was divine, and we were very full by the end of the tour! With a wide selection of foods and wines and cultural history 10/10 recommend to anyone!
Our guide Nathalie was very welcoming and her expertise was amazing! She is full of stories to involve us in the gourmet background of Lyon - wine, cheese, chocolate, meat- everything looked magically attractive through her eyes!

Tour guide Amily was wonderful, very informative, courteous, friendly, gracious, caring, and helpful. She was a blessing and made my Lyon experience delightful. My tour got changed to one that didn't include the lunch (the other tour didn't have enough signed up), but I think I got a partial refund. Thank you.
Nathalie was a great and genuinely engaging local host. She shared little nuggets about Lyon’s history and culture that felt natural and added a lot to the experience. The only thing that took away from it a bit was the group size. Eight people felt like a lot and made it less intimate than it could have been. Also, a few guests arrived late, which threw off the flow while Nathalie tried to get everyone back together. It would probably help to have a clear policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your spot so the experience stays smooth for everyone else.
What a great 4 hours spent learning about the local history of Lyon and tasting some fantastic food and wine/beer. Shirine was a fantastic host/tour guide.
