Tony was amazing! Went at our pace and very knowledgeable.
Thank you so much 🙏
Had a great afternoon, thanks in part to supervisor Tony. 2 adult elephants and super cute baby elephant. Lined and played with in the water. Then delicious lunch at local. Special experience, recommended!
Thank you so much again 🐘🐘🐘
Wonderful experience. Respectful and caring elephant sanctuary. Very kind guides. Lots of up close time with elephants.
Thank you so much 🙏🐘🐘🐘🐘
The guide for the elephants and staff are caring and amazing and it’s a very personalized experience with not a lot of people, which made it amazing. Highly recommend this group over any other experience with elephants.
Thank you so much for visit and support our elephant family 🐘🐘🐘🙏
I joined the half day tour and it was such an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it. I loved seeing these elephants. We spent lots of time with them, feeding them and interacting with them. Our guide Yuk kept us entertained throughout the day and was knowledgeable about the elephants. We learned about the elephants and their lives, and the Karen Hill Tribe who look after them. The elephants are clearly treated very well by those who look after them. Being in the presence of these animals is such a mind-blowing and awe-inspiring experience. The baby elephant Pee mai is only 2 months old and is adorable, and loves to wrestle and play. After a good amount of time interacting with them in the jungle, we then walked down to the river and watched the elephants bathe in the water. We then were treated to great homemade Thai food at a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. The experience was good value for money, nothing was rushed. I loved learning about the elephants and it was just so fun and fascinating to interact with them. Very well organised. Thanks to Taksin and the whole Doi Inthanon Elephant Sanctuary team. The tour was excellent!
Thank you so much again 🙏
We spent a wonderful day amongst the elephants. They were extremely well treated. The staff was super welcoming and even funny. It was just the two of us, my son and I, so we had the four elephants to ourselves (including two babies, which was very lucky). Also worth noting: they were very close to us as in no fences, just us with them, in their habitat. We could also respectfully touch them. It really was the full-on experience. Very highly recommend, we had a blast thanks to Cooper, our top guide!
Thank you so much for visit and help our elephant 🙏
Very disappointing. Guide was not licensed or certified and provided very little insight into info of the park or elephants. Elephants were interesting and we had thought we would learn about the Karen tribe but this did not occur. Water was not offered during the trip except at lunch. The lunch was good but poor attention to the special dietary needs of one of our group though I had provided info at booking and before pick up.
I apologize for what happened. There are many guides, and some don't talk much, but all the guides here are trained and they all have guide licenses. There are two types of guide licenses: local guides and general guides. But I appreciate your support for our elephants.
Wonderful experience in the total respect of the animals. We were very close, fed some sugarcane but let them decide when they wanted to come nearby us. Watched them have a bath and play in the water. Asked many questions and our guide was great. Learnt a lot and took beautiful pictures. Highly highly recommend!!!
Thank you so much
Watching the elephant was so much of joy. We were able to see 2 big elephants and 3 baby elephants. Only complaint is in the same forest there were around 10 big elephants just little far away and we were requesting our guides to let us go there so that we can watch those elephants as well but we were not allowed to go. There were other tourists groups who were there. That was a bummer.
Thank you so much again.
Driver picked us up on time. Then Went to next stop and left us in can waiting for half an hour. I had to contact the tour company which then contacted driver and he came back. It told us 2 hours to get to the elephants instead of 1 hour. Our guide was sub par and did not offer any information. We had to ask questions to which we received minimal answers. Other guides were more talkative and interactive with the elephants and the people in their group. Other guides took lots of pictures for their guests while ours did not. Overall poor experience due to the guide and driver.
