Horario: 13:00, salida del punto de encuentro. 14 : 30 - 17 : 30, llegar al lugar, registrarse a la entrada, y disfrutar de la actuación local. (Recibe a Krathong en la zona de Loy krathong) 17:30 - 19:00, Disfrute de la cena buffet tailandés. 19:00, Ingrese a la zona situal y comenzó la ceremonia. 20:15, Lanch Lanterns juntos y ver fuegos artificiales. 20.45, Final de la ceremonia, salida desde el lugar hacia Chiangmai (punto de entrega). ○ Tenga en cuenta que el vale de reserva de Viator no es boleto de entrada. 【No te pierdas actividades divertidas en el lugar】 ○ Explora el pueblo cultural, disfruta de bailes tradicionales de lanna, navega por los mercados de artesanía o prueba un taller de bricolaje. ○ Relájese en un pajar mientras escucha música en vivo. ○ Visita el área de loy krathong para flotar un loy krathong libre y pedir deseo. También puedes encender una lámpara de aceite en ese pequeño montículo para orar por bendiciones. Zona de cena Tips ○ El buffet abre alrededor de las 5 PM y funciona durante aproximadamente 2 horas. ○ Utilice su ticket de papel para entrar en la zona de alimentos correcta. Si llegas un poco más tarde, por favor entra en el comedor y busca la comida. Zona de pago de ceremonia de linterna de cielo ○ Después de la cena, siga su asignación de asientos a la zona de pagoda. En cada asiento se colocan dos linternas de cielo. ○ Disfruta de la interpretación, recita las escrituras y medita. Siga las instrucciones del anfitrión para soltar linternas del cielo juntos, creando un gran espectáculo de decenas de miles de linternas del cielo.

I actually teared up watching the sky fill with lights. It’s a bit pricey, but 100% worth every penny. You have to experience this at least once.
This festival in Chiang Mai totally blew my mind! It's not just about the gorgeous lanterns in the sky. It's deeper - imagine everyone's dreams, hopes, and prayers setting sail in the night sky. Must experience!
Sharing that moment, making a wish and sending our lantern off into the sky – cemented a special place in our shared memories. Ideal for the lovebirds out there!!!

The overall experience was good. Communication with the ticket seller was good. They managed to accommodate my sister's booking which was made 3 months after mine and got her a ticket in the same row as me. Having seen reviews about the poor organisation of the free transport provided, I opted to take a Grab taxi direct from my hotel to the venue which worked well. On arrival I obtained a wristband for the return free transport from the information centre and enter the site. There were lots of activities, some of which you had to pay for but nothing expensive, maybe 100 baht. We headed to the food section at around 5:00 p.m. and managed to get a good place to sit down and eat. We had standard tickets and seating was on the ground on plastic sheets covered with mats and cushions with small tables. There was a huge selection of food and all was tasty and well cooked. The toilets were not very clean but sufficient. After eating we headed over to the main event area. Seats were easy to find and there were stewards on each row to help. The show itself was spectacular with monks chanting and lasers and holograms projected onto the big pagoda in the centre of the arena. Then came the time to release the lanterns which was absolutely magical and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately, the free transport to the drop-off points was very poorly organised. We left the site at 9:00 p.m. to go to a van and it took 45 minutes to an hour to get on transport to the night bazaar and then unfortunately the driver did not take everybody to the night bizarre. He stopped 1 km away and we all had to walk which was very inconvenient. This however, is not the ticket seller's fault. It is CAD, the organizer's fault. All in all I would purchase from this ticket seller again and also attend the CAD Yee Peng lantern Festival again.

The festival itself was excellent. However, the transportation was an absolute nightmare. Getting back at the end of the night was chaotic as none of the transport drivers wanted to go to the night bazaar drop off point as per the itinerary. Aftet what seemed like endless time going from driver to driver and being sent on a wild goose chase, we found a driver who said he was going there... but he dropped everyone off about 20mins away from the bazaar and wouldn't take us any further. They really need to organise this aspect of the trip much better. Considering how expensive this is, the poor transportation really isn't acceptable and ruins the end of the experience.
Together, we created a magnificent scene of tens of thousands of sky lanterns soaring into the sky. Regrettably, we are sorry that shuttle service in this event was not perfect. We truly value your feedback and will to share with the event organizers to help ensure that future events are better planned and managed.
It was truly amazing! Bus pickup was seamless. It is fully outdoor so very hot and be prepared for all weather. The grounds were muddy from rain the day before. Wonderful cultural exhibits, crafts to make or buy, and food samples to get you through the afternoon. Musical performances and the Muy Thai demonstrations were very popular. Large separate dining area with booths serving various types of food for dinner. The lantern lighting ceremony was nice. Lighting and releasing the lantern can be tricky but so mesmerizing to watch them float away with your wish. Leaving the event was chaotic- busses not well organized perhaps because it began to pour rain. People crammed in sitting on the floor, waiting 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

Great we sorted our own transport for comfort and ease but the actual event itself was amazing ! I would recommend the trip
There was a huge and large crowd & queue by 2pm so be there earlier. Besides that, transport is relatively fast! Different vehicle for different package and fastest is the Elite & Standard package. If you are planning to go, note that going back time may differ from schedule as all Big Buses will go back either to Night Bazzar or Maya Shopping!
