I told him i won’t write e negative review but he didn’t show up!! (Sent a non English speaking driver instead) The tour guide accommodated the tour and ensured i got the date i required but nonchalantly 12 hours before the tour started said he can’t make it and sending someone else. The driver was pleasant and professional but couldn’t speak English. He didn’t even bother to check or ask during and after the tour!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful. The tour line up was a starter kit and easy to get appointments - so get the itinerary and do it yourself!

This champagne tour could not have gone better. Due to a strike at the airport we got to Reims mid-morning and missed our first stop but David was all ready for us to move from there. He made accommodations to get our bags to the hotel while we just carried on for 2.5 days in Champagne. The stops, the explanations, the extras...were all fantastic. We gave a few "must-dos" to him (and Larry his planning partner) and they put the rest together. Then he helped us get our rental car for our drive to our next stop in Chablis.
