The staff were super friendly and helpful and did their best to make sure everyone had a great time. The price was great, the time was a blast. The drinks were cheap! Only top shelf and specialty drinks weren't included in the price. So basically an open bar! Make sure to tip the staff! They take tip via zelle, venmo, etc, or cash
Sounds like you had an amazing time! Friendly staff, great pricing, and almost an open bar—what more could you ask for? Thanks for the tip about tipping; it’s always good to show appreciation for great service. Hope you get to do it again soon!
The bus had no charging ports! This is 2024, the time in the bus was 8 hours, phones are entertainment!
Too hot, too crowded and all tourist stuff. We spent more time on the bus ride than in Key West - and the bus ride was more interesting. Seeing chickens and iguanas in the street was a highlight.
Our host was wonderful, expect I have a few things that could have made the trip a lot or comfortable and things they can improve upon for the next travel experience: we were told to arrive 15 earlier than 7am and we had to wait over 45 minutes. A message from the host advising they would be late would have been nice given how early we had to get up to meet. I also expressed the bus temperature was freezing and I had the host to turn down the AC at one of the stops. She said she would but once again, the temperature throughout was at a max and made it very uncomfortable for all of us travelling, having to find extra clothes to cover yourself with. I would love it if our host would be kind enough to ask paying passengers next time whether the bus temperature is comfortable enough.
The tour guide was very informative, and the driver was very cautious. I would recommend everyone to at least take the Key West tour it was beautiful there!!
This was a fantastic trip. There are only a couple of things that prevented the full 5 stars. First the location of the bus pickup weren’t clear - google maps places the pizza place that we were directed to inside a mall rather than where the pickup point actually was. The second point that was slightly awkward was the meal at hard rock, the staff didn’t have a notion and it took a bit of talking with the manager to sort out. Other than these niggles it was an amazing trip!
The tour guide was great and knew a lot about the different islands heading to key west. The Hard Rock Cafe food included was to meals totaling around $21 each, 2 soft drinks, and 1 dessert to share! The key lime pie was delicious. The snorkeling adventure was really nice, we saw a family of dolphins playing in the ocean, and that was fun to see. Definitely a must do!
We had a great time in Key West. The bus was a little outdated, however, our driver and his staff were wonderful. The bus mates were kind enough help celebrate my bday on the way down.
