A su llegada, camine hasta el carril peatonal, gire hacia el lado derecho y diríjase al área 16 de la taquilla. Su guía lo recibirá en un área designada ubicada justo después de la zona de estacionamiento, fácilmente reconocible por el logotipo colocado en la ventana. Su guía llevará un uniforme MyBoracayGuide blanco y una gorra blanca.

I booked the Caticlan Airport to Boracay Island round-trip transfer through My Boracay Guide, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I met the first staff member, I felt like a VIP. Everyone was kind, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They stayed with us the entire time to make sure we were fully sorted and comfortable at every step. That level of care is rare, and it really made a difference. Highly recommend booking this transfer service, especially for first-time travelers to Boracay. The guides were easy to follow and made sure that they were with you every step of the way. Make sure that you do not hand our bags over to "porters" that do not wear the My Boracay Guide uniform....they are *not* part of the service and you will have to fork over PHP 50 if you do. Unless, of course, you do need help with your baggage as the gangplank to the boat is *very* narrow. We had our carry-on roller bags and we had to be careful not to lose our balance.
