They got the job done and were relatively nice while doing it.
Information about our pick up was clear. Pick us was on time and driver friendly. Staff at ferry obtained our tickets and our transfer from Boracay to Caticlan went smoothly.

Seamless transfer from airport to port, port to boat transfer, destination port to hotel. Our luggage was handled by their staff from start to finish at the hotel. It seemed like we had our own entourage of people taking care of us. Will be using them on the return as well. Highly recommend.

The MyBoracayGuide van airport transfer transportation provided excellent service! They picked us up from the airport, drove us to the ferry, guided us onto the ferry, and another van picked us up on the island and brought us to our hotel lobby, true door-to-door service! Their drivers and staff provided excellent service - they were very, courteous, helpful, and organized.
