Notre Dame in it's restored glory! Such a sacred place even with all the crowds. The history and story of the fire and restoration were inspiring. Our guide was Divan. He was delightful! He brought a lock which he gave my husband so we could add a lock to those on the railings around the church. It was very sweet! My only complaint was no time to go through the ND gift shop.
It was exceptional! Lasson was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Notre Dame and the restoration process. He even showed us photos of the rubble after the fire on his phone so we could see how the restoration was completed with precision and attention to detail. We highly recommend this tour.
Our guide did not show up till 10:30: tour was at 10. Th.en I had purchased a skip the line tour and the tickets did not allow skip the line entry. It was a terrible experience and I paid over $400 for it…. I could not contact anyone to assist and finally someone called and said guide was there - the guide did not know what tour - she thought it was only an outside tour but our tickets clearly said skip the line aces to Notre Dame. Overall very bad experience. And I have yet to hear from company for refund.

Paul Reza was our guide and his knowledge of Notre Dame and the history and art surrounding the cathedral were wonderful. He gave us time to take it all in before going into the spiel about the cathedral and its history.
Michelle was a great tour guide. We got to see Notre Dame and got to learn so much. It was the exact amount of time needed to do the tour.
Marine was an amazing and enthusiastic tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about all of the stops on the tour. And she suggested a great restaurant for hot chocolate that we turned into a superb lunch

I was never refunded. We waited in the cold, called and waited on hold to speak to Rosotravel Customer Service in Poland. While waiting, we also reached out via the link provided in the confirmation email. Rosotravel said they would refund us because they had the wrong meeting point at Le Kiosque des noctambules, 12 Pl. Colette, 75001 Paris, France instead of the status of Charlemagne for our "Skip-the-line Notre-Dame Cathedral, Louvre, Paris City Tour" on 27 December. This was waste of two precious vacation hours in the cold, cell phone roaming charges, and $156 US Dollars. We were devastated and extremely disappointed after looking forward to this tour for years.

This was an absolute terrible experience and is essentially a fraud. The tour guide arrived 30 minutes late because he was told a different meeting location than us by the local operator. When he finally arrived he proceeded to tell us there is no skip the line presently for notre dame and that I should reach out to the operator for a refund (mind you the only reason we even bought the tour in question for over $120 per person was to access skip the line entrance). The tour guide then told us that we could still wait in line with him which would take 20 minutes or so. We decided to give it a shot at which point he attempted to cut 3/4 of the line. This resulted in multiple people yelling at our group until we had to leave the line. We decided to separate at this point from the guide and proceeded to wait for over an hour on our own (not the falsely claimed time of about 20 minutes) to enter notre dame. We eventually saw the interior on our own and ended the whole process at about 230. Stay away from this tour at all costs as I am still waiting for a refund.

I spent a wonderful time on this tour with my family. It was truly a special experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral and enjoy a short city tour at the same time. It’s a perfect introduction to exploring Paris, combined with a relaxed and fun attraction. Our guide Isabella was very friendly and communicative. The small group made it easy to ask questions, and the atmosphere was pleasant and well organized throughout. Definitely recommend!
