It was a very long and bumpy drive. Not sure why it's named the way that it is. Our driver barely spoke to us. Dunn River was nice but not worth the price.

Very disappointed! Due to an hour time difference between Jamaica and our boat, we arrived at the meeting point 40 minutes late, thinking we were 20 minutes early. We had no cellphone service because we are international, finally after 25 minutes of waiting, one of the other tours offered us their phone to call, where we were told our guide waited for two hours( which is impossible because we were only 40 minutes late). We asked for another tour even if it was less time and we were told there was no possiblity. We then asked for a parcial refund and were once again refused. Think carefully about booking with these guys because they will not help you if you have any problems. Bad service!

Unfortunately, because we were unable to make contact and had other guests waiting, the tour had to proceed as planned. Once a tour has departed, it is often not possible to arrange another departure at short notice, particularly when entrance tickets, transportation, and guides have already been confirmed. We sincerely regret that we were unable to accommodate your request for an alternative tour or a partial refund. As outlined in our booking terms, missed tours resulting from late arrival are non-refundable because the operational costs have already been incurred. We genuinely empathize with your situation and understand how frustrating it must have been. Your feedback is appreciated, and we'll continue looking for ways to better communicate the importance of using local Jamaican time for pickups, especially for our cruise guests, to help prevent similar situations in the future. The Dunns River Falls were beautiful but our tour guide just dropped us off at the falls and did not direct us anywhere else, we were expecting to be guided through the falls as other groups were. We were left to our own devices to navigate up the falls, which are not easy to climb. The Secret Falls had their own guide at the location which was amazing, fun, and took lots of pictures for us. We had a blast diving into the beautiful falls and natural pools. Would definitely recommend!!!
Had a great time doing "Chuck Norris" secret falls and Dunns River Falls. Be sure to take water shoes. Both locations have large, rough natural rocks. Shout out to our driver Odain who made the trip there and back a joy.
Our Tour Guide Thomasine (not sure I spelled that right) and Driver, Owen were amazing. Arranging the private charter for our family group was easy and affordable. Thomasine and Owen made sure that we were able to do all of the activities we wanted as well as stop for patties, food from Scotchies & souvenirs! We also wanted to return to the ship by 2pm and they made it happen without making us feel rushed. Real Tours Jamaica made our family cruise experience in Jamaica our FAVORITE stop!! This was our kid’s first trip to Jamaica and this tour was a highlight of our entire cruise! Informative, timely, fun, great food, shopping, and waterfalls!! Incredible!! Stephanie informed us perfectly and our driver, Owen, was on time, very nice, and professional. Thank you for taking great care of us!
Crazy! I climbed an actual waterfall that’s 600 feet high! Okay, I got 300 feet — or halfway — up lol. Once-in-a-lifetime experience for sure! Highly recommended.
This was hands down the best excursion that I have ever experienced all thanks to our fantastic driver, Jassi. Jassi exceed mine and my travel companions' expectations! He jumped into Secret Falls with us which was awesome, took some pictures and videos for us at Secret Falls, AND he bought my group lunch after we had spent all of our money at gift shops. Never in a million years would I have expected such an act of kindness, but we are grateful that we chose to participate in this tour and even more so for the driver that we received. I highly recommend booking this tour and requesting Jassi to accompany you!!
Jassi was an AMAZING driver and travel companion for this trip. He went above and beyond and even joined us in the festivities at Secret Falls (the blue hole), in addition to providing tidbits about Jamaican history on the ride up. Even though we spent most of our money at the gift shops, he went out of his way to buy food for us so that we could experience authentic cuisine. Book your next excursion through real tours Jamaica and request Jassi for a great time!
This excursion was top notch! Coming from a cruise ship I was worried we would have hiccups getting back, etc., however, that was not the case. Our guide met us right outside the port - Owen was amazing! Our first stop was Dunns River Falls. On our way he gave us all the history of the country and was so personable! When we got to the falls, he made sure we were set - got our wristbands made sure no issues and gave us directions on finding him when we were done. Amazing guides at the falls and he was exactly where he said he would be. We then went to Blue Hole and again he made sure we had a guide and were in good hands. He was waiting for us when we got done. On our way there and back he continued to tell us about the country and he was just so nice!! I cannot say enough things!! He asked if we wanted to grab lunch or go shopping but we decided to go back to the ship. I forgot to tell y’all, we were the only ones that were in the van so we had Owen all to ourselves :-). Amazing company all around. When I booked this I had many questions and they answered every one of them - no issues at all. I highly recommend this company and I hope we can get back there again soon!! Y’all book here you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
