Aquí está nuestro punto de encuentro, nos registraremos antes de las 9:30 y comenzaremos la aventura desde aquí. En caso de que necesite transporte redondo desde su hotel, infórmenos para proporcionarle el servicio por un costo adicional mínimo.
Este es un recorrido completo en un Catamarán a Isla Mujeres, aquí pasaremos un día lleno de diversión y aventura, primero comenzaremos a bucear en uno de los arrecifes de Isla Mujeres, nuestros guías le proporcionarán todo el equipo necesario para disfrutar esta actividad, luego podemos hacer el Spinnaker, una actividad diseñada para volar sobre el mar caribe, y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de nuestro bar abierto de bebidas nacionales y cuando lleguemos a isla mujeres tendremos acceso a nuestro club de playa donde disfruta de un delicioso almuerzo buffet y aquí encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para pasar un día increíble en la mejor playa de la Riviera Maya

The boat was overcrowded and the snorkeling tour was only about 20 min with some guy yelling at everyone to vamanos the whole time. The bar tender was reusing dirty glasses which was also nice. They dump you off on a little rocky beach that you can’t leave and doesn’t have enough seatiing. Food and drinks at the beach were terrible as well. It was kinda fun watching the waiters chase down people that thought the paddle boards, volley balls and kayaks were included. They were not. We took five people. Total waste of 600 bucks and a day of vacation. Spend the day at the pool bar and you’ll have a much better time.
The price you pay for the app is not total. Upon arrival they made us pay 50€ more per person to be able to do the tour. The catamaran itself was fine, the entertainers of the boat the best! the food on arrival very normal and the beach of island women is spectacular but it is already all very crowded. We couldn't snorkel because of the swell, a fact we were told when we arrived in the morning, but we were charged the same.

Worst experience with a travel excursion company in my 10+ years visiting Cancun. Booked us for a catamaran boat ride and weather preventing us from attending. This company now refuses to give us a refund. STAY AWAY, they only care about booking your tour and charging your card.
We were unable to do snorkaling as a family and that was the main reason of the booking. We were never informed of age limits prior to the booking. VERY INCONVENIENT AND ASKING FOR A REFUND
Be upfront about the cost of the excursion. I didn’t find out until arrival that I had to pay an additional $600 USD. That’s unacceptable. Also the snorkeling should’ve been longer for the amount of money paid. The crew was amazing. But don’t try to force anyone to tip considering the actual cost of it
Nice day out, pleasant experience on the catamaran and access to the beach on Isla Mujeres. I would have liked to have more time there.
Really disappointed with the tour operator Cancún Sailing, which is not a reflection of Viator or the boat crew, which were very good and provided excellent service. At check-in, we were offered a VIP upgrade package for an extra US$60 per person which we took. What a rip off! They made it sound like an exclusive high end tour. It was exactly the same as what we had bought, except in a smaller boat. The snorkeling was at the same place as all the other tours, extremely crowded and very short. Buffet lunch was at a Punta Blanca Restaurante with other tours as well and it was very poor. Beach Club access was just that, access, as it did not include chairs, umbrellas, food, drinks, or anything else. In their defense, they did explain that chairs and food were not included in the price but we were expecting at least a palapa or palm tree to sit in the shade. Don't fall for this sales tactic as we did. Do your research and pick a good tour operator.
The Amazon 2 Catamaran. Never actually sailed, super noisy with pounding club beats non stop on the catamaran.Snorkeled for about 15 minutes with 300 people on a combined 4-5 boats. Buffet was garbage, drinks are terrible. Beach at Isla Mujares was not good, packed with people in waist deep water probably relieving themselves. Insane number of aggressive vendors. Best part was small cafe off dock with cold beer, excellent ceviche and live traditional-modern blend of Latin music. Otherwise, shop carefully for this type of advertised experience, we were duped and should have been more cautious choosing.
When we were on the boat they had such a friendly environment and it was super fun to be around the crew! I went snorkeling and it was a blast!! The food on the boat for lunch was amazing! On the island there was not too much to do so we drove around in a golf cart around the island. There was lots of shopping on the island but, we didn’t do to much shopping. On the way back it was very rough and bumpy everyone got wet but, they did warn us so it wasn’t out of the blue. They played music on the way back which helped the mood and everyone had a blast and the crew joined in on the fun!! I would recommend traveling with the Cancún sailings because it is family friendly and just and amazing environment!!
