Le brindamos la oportunidad de explorar nuestra granja e instalaciones. Caminando por nuestro Olivar, viñedo y variedad de plantas aromáticas. Terminamos frente a una capilla del siglo IX que te dejará impresionado contemplando su gloria. Al subir al primer escalón de este monumento, sumérgete a ti y a tu espíritu en la historia y la tradición. El siguiente hito de nuestro recorrido es un establecimiento tradicional de las Cícladas de casi 100 años de antigüedad que alberga nuestra bodega, que es el lugar ideal para familiarizarse con el procedimiento de elaboración del vino utilizando métodos modernos combinados con el conocimiento de años pasados, así como la maquinaria y el equipo necesarios para la producción de un vino sabroso y florido. Para culminar, 6 tipos de vinos acompañados de snacks locales de nuestro huerto biológico como tomates, aceitunas y quesos regionales están ahí para llevar tu alma a un lugar feliz. De la granja a tu vaso y de allí a tu recuerdo de este día para siempre. ¡¡SER INFORMADO!! de septiembre al 31 de mayo horario de degustación a las 17h!!

La parte más emocionante de este recorrido tiene lugar allí, ya que presentamos el procedimiento de elaboración del vino, vea videos y fotos de cada etapa en el lugar donde ocurre la magia, pero lo más importante de todo es la degustación de vinos y las guarniciones que se sirven.

This was a lovely experience and an opportunity to taste the wonderful products of the winery. Our guide was very informative and full of knowledge about the wine making process. The whole team were very hospitable and extremely helpful when we accidently left our phone behind. I cant thank them enough. I would definitely recommend visiting this lovely winery
Wine presentation was presented in just the right amount of time accompanied by a charcuterie board that was the perfect complement. Delicious, beautiful and fun.
The host is the winemaker who has poured his heart into building this lovely venue and experience. He provides great detail about the wine making process and shares how his Naxos wines (organic and 100% local grapes) came to life.

Excellent local winery 15 mins drive from Naxos town. Friendly and knowledgeable host. Good selection of wines tasted along with fresh olives from the estate and local cheese. Highly recommended.
