Cata de vinos de Burdeos – Descubre las viejas vendimias
Descripción
Acompañado por un profesional del vino, este servicio consiste en una introducción a los viñedos de Burdeos, su historia y tradiciones; una introducción a las técnicas de cata; una explicación de las muchas clasificaciones que se encuentran en la región; y la degustación de cuatro añadas antiguas de grandes vinos de Burdeos, envejecidos por nosotros, acompañados de una comida a base de embutidos y quesos locales. Podrá degustar vinos con añadas anteriores a 2010, ambos lados de Burdeos estarán representados, bajaremos a los años 90, 80 y, a veces, 70. Una oportunidad única para degustar vinos Grand Cru Classé de añadas antiguas, acompañado de un enólogo.

Hello, Thank you for your comment, unfortunately you have booked the wrong activity... We also have a 3-hour food tour in Bordeaux, but you booked the wine tasting. The tasting takes place with a wine merchant and 3 different vintages to taste. A unique opportunity to drink old vintages in Bordeaux. I would suggest that you read the descriptions of the activities carefully before booking them to avoid this kind of situation. Thank you
It was an amazing tasting! The wines were quite varied which made it interesting. Learned in-depth knowledge about the vintages of the wines tasted. Would highly recommend! Easy to find the location and staff was very friendly.
A very enjoyable and informative hour where we tasted 4 wines of varying ages and levels. Our host was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Two of the wines were around 30 years old and two about 15. We were also provided with cheese and charcuterie. A very interesting exercise and heartily recommended.
I unfortunately do not remember the name of the woman that guided us through our tasting but she was great. We got a ton of useful information that we did not know before we went. We also found wines that we really enjoyed and were able to purchase them and several others.
