Recepción en el Bar Restaurante STOA. What an amazing experience! Strathis taught us everything from olive varieties to how olive oil is made to how to properly taste olive oil. He provided us with small bites as well as drinks. At the end of the olive oil tasting process came the honey! I learned so much about olive oil and honey. What a fabulous experience. The host was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended.
