Para pasajero alojados en en el Centro Histórico el punto de encuentro es en el centro de información turística Local Expert localizado en Cra. 4 #31-21 Centro Histórico al lado de la iglesia San Pedro. Los pasajeros alojados en Bocagrande, Laguito, Castillo Grande y La Boquilla ofrecemos recogida en el hotel. Pasajeros de Manzanillo y Cielo Mar, por favor, deberán acercarse al punto de encuentro más cercano.

Bad experience! We booked the tour 30 days in advance, but on the day of the tour the operator did not show up. We had to contact it via whats app, and we got the information that Viator sold time that they didn't have anymore, that is, we got without the tour. And now they just want to return the value as if nothing had happened. I do not recommend.
Excellent tour! The Caterine guide was exceptional, the best guide we had on all the tours in Colombia! I highly recommend the tour to everyone. Just be careful to wear plenty of sunscreen and comfortable shoes, as climbing to the castle can be a little tired. The view of the convent is wonderful
We love the experience. Our guide Nanci Castro is fantastic. You have incredible knowledge and an energy that contagies. Super recommend.

We did the tour of La Popa and El Castillo de San Felipe with Nancy and it was wonderful. Nancy was not only incredibly friendly and cheerful, but also very proud of her culture and her country — which was really beautiful to see. She was also an excellent photographer! If you haven’t added this tour to your itinerary yet, I highly recommend that you do.

What a great tour this was as Nancy, our guide, was wonderful. She was so engaging and full of information and she had a great sense of humor. We were a small group so it felt like a private tour!!! It was a hot day but our bus was air conditioned so comfortable. Traffic here is ‘loco’ but the driver was an expert so it all worked out!!! Loved the views from the convent and the Castillo and all the history behind these sights!! Very worthwhile tour and I highly recommend it!!!!

It was confused, because on top of the hour they asked to cancel, but as we didn't have how, they ended up agreeing to do at the contracted time. I thought it should be just me and my husband, but there was a family of 4, and a couple more, who commented that it took a long time to confirm the time and advanced 30 minutes by warning 20 minutes earlier. I also got the hour just before. I thought the amount of information was good. WHEN WE HIRE THE AGENCIES, WE TRY TO RUN AWAY FROM LOCAL SELLERS, WHICH WE DO NOT KNOW, BUT THEY USE THE SAME LOCAL SELLERS, WHO DO NOT COMPROMISE WITH TIMETABLES, NOR WITH QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE. It wasn't just with TripAdvisor. No, we did the same with get your guide.

I’m glad we booked this tour - I was so grateful to get to see the sites we did and learn some of the history of Cartagena. We didn’t feel like we got as much information as was promised, but had a fun time regardless! The emerald museum felt a bit like a tourist trap - so we were bummed out to end there.
