We had a long layover (7am to 7pm) in Hanoi and wanted to explore the city. This was perfect, they were flexible on putting together an itinerary, happy to make changes on the fly, and very communicative. We had a great day in Hanoi!

A very nice guy driving us around, recommending food to us too. He didn’t speak fluent English but we managed to communicate through translators.

Our trip was tailored to our needs and I appreciate the flexibility. The driver was very friendly and accommodating, going out of his way to ensure we were happy!

Firstly, I booked a tour of Vietnam. You sent me someone who could not speak a word of English. So how was he going to explain anything to us. We had to change the itinerary as it was pointless 😴 to continue to go to places that he could not give us some information about!!!! It was just a waste of money

Hoang and his company are excellent service providers. He offers you a very reasonable price and let's you customize your tour. Provides you with several options including descriptions of what to expect and experiences that are truly memorable. His driver, Ngoc, is a courteous, safe driver who will try to communicate through his little knowledge of English, but best done through the Google translator he keeps on his cell phone. I will definitely spread the good word about Hoang and his private charter and airport transfers services.

We used this company for airport pick up and 4 hour Hanoi tour without guide. The booking process was smooth and Mr Hoang Nguyen was prompt and clear in the replies. However, I was a bit surprised when he told me a day before my arrival to have any further communication with the operations team. There was no mention that he would not be responsible till the end. Driver was waiting at the arrival lobby. Car was average, we had much better and spacious vehicles in other cities in Vietnam for a similar price. Mr Nguyen told me that their drivers have some basic simple english knowledge and are well experienced, but unfortunately our driver was neither. Absolutely no English knowledge, but we managed with google translate. But the shocking thing was that he had no knowledge of the places to visit. He gave no useful input and he was using a map to go around Hanoi. It was evident that he had no experience with tourists. On top of this, he was playing loud music an d whistling with the music. Or he was talking loudly on the phone. At the sightseeing stops, he would invariably drop us in the opposite side of difficult yo cross roads. Surprisingly, when we come back, we would find that he had made a U turn and was on our side of the road. In this case, why did he make us cross? Seems he is a young and irresponsible driver. Overall, the experience was not pleasant, and I would not recommend this company

Booked for Hanoi airport transfers and day city tour with Mr Hoang. He provide prompt response. He is very good in english. The drivers he sent are very polite and drives safely. Their cars are very clean and new. They are very punctual. Thank you Mr Hoang for making my travel smooth and relaxing. Mr Lee was our driver for day tour , his car is excellent and he speaks English , we were happy with his service , he responded fast and never make us wait.. pick up from destination to destination was very smooth. Thumbs up !
