CUIDADO CON LOS ESTAFADORES DEL AEROPUERTO (TAXI JALADORES) El tanque del tiburón (sala de llegada) puede ser confuso. Los estafadores intentarán acercarse a usted utilizando los siguientes trucos para hacerle comprar un taxi no autorizado : El Truco "Fake Call" : Ofrecerán llamar a su empresa de transporte. Fingirán la llamada o marcarán a un cómplice que fingirá ser nosotros y le dirán "no vamos" o "nos retrasamos". Es mentira. La Mentira "No Show" : Podrían decirle que nuestra agencia no existe o que obtendrá un reembolso en su hotel. Nunca les creas. Nuestra estricta política: NUNCA deje que nadie en el aeropuerto nos llame en su nombre. Si no puedes encontrar a tu conductor, llámanos o envíanos un WhatsApp directamente desde tu propio teléfono. DÓNDE ENCONTRAR A SU CHÓFER Su conductor profesional le estará esperando fuera de la terminal con una pancarta oficial con su nombre. Búsquenos en los siguientes puntos de encuentro designados : TERMINAL 3 : Junto al Air Margarita Bar. TERMINAL 4 : En el Welcome Bar (directamente delante de la Plataforma D). TERMINAL 2 (Internacional) : En el Welcome Bar. TERMINAL 2 (Doméstico) : En el Welcome Bar. Nota : Nuestros conductores monitorean su vuelo en tiempo real. Si no ves a tu conductor de inmediato, es posible que esté cargando equipaje para otro pasajero y regrese al lugar en cuestión de minutos. The ride itself was fine. What led to my low score is the fact that I was informed at the meeting place that there was an additional $20 charge because my hotel was outside of the hotel zone. That, in itself, wouldn't be a problem, but when I booked, I specifically gave the name of our destination hotel (which was in their list of hotels) and was then quoted a price, presumably based on that information. Obviously not, as it turned out. To be fair, Viator had subsequently sent an email informing me of the additional charge, but it went to my junk mail and I didn't see it. That might have spared the driver from my discontent, but the bottom line, IMHO, is that when the hotel is known, the estimate should be accurate.

Prior to your service, we sent you an email via Viator explaining that the option you selected was for Cancun's Hotel Zone, whereas your hotel is located much further south, near Playa del Carmen. Cancun's Hotel Zone is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, while the Riviera Maya / Playa del Carmen area is 40+ minutes away. Because of this significant distance, there is a difference in both mileage and rates. We made sure to inform you of this selection discrepancy in advance so we could adjust your transport accordingly. While we regret your frustration, the rate adjustment was due to the location selected during booking. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you safe travels."
There was no one waiting at the airport when I exited the terminal. Someone eventually showed up 20 minutes late!
"Hello! Thank you for your feedback. I personally reviewed your reservation, and your scheduled estimated time of arrival (ETA) was set for 12:00 PM. Our chauffeur arrived at 11:40 AM. Because your flight landed well ahead of schedule, we were actually early to meet you. We are confused by the negative review, as we were present on time and fully adhered to the booking details provided."
I booked a round trip and only got g dropped off at my destination. They didn’t pick me up to take me back to the airport

Easy, they were in communication before arrival. They were waiting at the airport when we arrived! Easy safe commute!
The driver did not show up! I will never use your service again or refer anybody to your company. Xxxxx

Driver was not able to pick me up at the scheduled time, wanted me to wait for 2 hours. I had to find different transportation at last minute and cost me 3 times the amount. Requested a refund but I have not been notified of it was approved yet
"I read your message. You were scammed by the airport pirates. I have no idea why you think you had to wait two hours or who told you we were delayed, because we never received a call from you. Our driver was at the terminal the whole time waiting, but you never contacted us."

Driver arrived early and was helpful. We arrived airport with no issue. The price was way better than some of the other service provider charges. Highly recommended.
I didn’t have any issues being transported back and forth. It was a little hard to find the driver at first but once I called the number on the reservation via WhatsApp, we were able to find each other within minutes. I highly recommend them!
