Very nice service! The tours were very well led by the guides (thank you Hasma and Mylad) who were both accompanied by our super driver Muhamat. We made 2 visits with this provider, the visit of the super EME then a full day in Cairo. The latter was custom made with the help of Hoda and we had a very nice experience! The trip to Egypt was great, but unfortunately not thanks to our tour agent. What we liked: she was responsive and answered to us on whatsapp whenever we needed, the trips to the temples and pyramids were well organized and the guides were nice. What we didn’t like (and that’s why I wouldn’t recommend them): the communication was awful from the very first moment. Although the agent suposedly speaks Spanish, it’s been very challenging to effectively communicate with her, she didn’t reply to the questions asked but instead changed topics and never gave a direct answer. She promised things that later on changed on the route planned after we agreed on a budget and didn’t notify us. It was very frustrating for us not having clarity on many things like duration of the journeys, if the train had beds or not, etc. We ended up spending more money paying for extra hotel nights or transfers because she told us different of what we had eventually included in the plan.
