Our tour to the pyramids was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, just as the tour description indicates. The experience was excellent thanks to the work of both the guide Toha and the driver Mohsen. Toha was very knowledgeable, approachable, with excellent Spanish, took amazing photos of us, and shared fascinating information while making us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the tour. For his part, Mohsen ensured a safe, calm, and pleasant trip, without worries. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would totally recommend.

Toha, our excellent guide, makes you feel like part of his family. His warmth, kindness, and advice are very good… The driver Mohsen is very attentive and punctual. Thank you for the experience, guys. The best part is that Toha speaks perfect Spanish.

Today we had a simply unforgettable day in Cairo, and much of this incredible experience was thanks to our guide Ali. We visited the majestic Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the impressive Great Egyptian Museum and also sailed the Nile River in a traditional feluca. In each place, Ali shared his knowledge with passion, rich detail and a lot of professionalism, turning every moment into a true journey through the history of more than 4,000 years. Besides being extremely prepared, he was always kind, attentive, patient and concerned for everything to go perfectly. His sympathy and enthusiasm made all the difference and made our experience even more special. If you want to know Egypt in an authentic, safe and enriching way, I recommend Ali with the eyes closed. Thank you so much for providing us with memories that we will carry for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took this tour on June 27, and overall it was a great introduction to Cairo’s highlights. The itinerary included the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, a camel ride, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and a few shopping stops (jewelry and perfume stores—we chose to skip the papyrus shop). It was an enjoyable day, and we learned a lot about Egypt’s history. One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re visiting during the summer, it gets extremely hot, so be prepared with water, sunscreen, and light clothing. If you have flexibility, the cooler months would probably make the experience even better. Our guide, Michael Kamal, deserves 5 stars. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. He answered our questions, shared interesting historical information, and helped make the experience enjoyable. The areas that could make this an even better experience are mostly related to logistics rather than the guide. Before the tour, the operator lets you know that someone will contact you through WhatsApp, which is perfectly fine. However, during the process, messages may come from different phone numbers than the one you were initially given or expecting. As an international traveler, this can feel confusing at first and even make you wonder whether the messages are legitimate. I found myself asking for extra confirmation and preferred using the Viator platform whenever possible. A little more consistency in communication—or simply letting travelers know in advance that different team members may contact them from different numbers—would make the experience feel much more reassuring, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with WhatsApp or don’t use it as their primary messaging app. Another thing to keep in mind is that not everyone you interact with during the tour may speak English. We were able to communicate using Google Translate when needed, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something international travelers should be aware of. I also think the itinerary could better account for the time spent at the shopping stops. We didn’t mind visiting them, but they made the day feel a little longer than expected. My advice to future travelers is to come with an open mind and be patient. If you’re coming from a country where customer service tends to be very fast and highly structured, you’ll notice that things move at a different pace in Egypt. Once we adjusted our expectations and embraced the local rhythm, we enjoyed the experience much more. It’s simply a different culture and way of doing things. Overall, I would recommend this tour. Michael deserves 5 stars, and my 4-star rating reflects a few logistical aspects of the tour operator rather than the guide himself. With clearer communication before the tour and a few small improvements to the overall logistics, this would easily become a 5-star experience.

Mohamed Galal was a great tour guide, and the tour was fantastic. I was going solo and knew I’d want help navigating the key sites. I also only had a day so the tour did a great job of fitting a bunch in. The price was reasonable with almost all fees etc covered - and the hotel pickup was so convenient as my hotel was not near Giza. Definitely recommend for all travelers!
