Comfortable seats, AC, and they got us to our hotel. What was even better was that due to a mixup with our pickup spot, a man came to pick us up on a bike with our suitcase though I can imagine not many people would be okay being on the back of someone's bike let alone being behind 2 people on the same bike AND the suitcase. There was a break about halfway through the journey although it was at this very obvious tourist trap. Everything was triple the price it probably should be.
Bus on time.Good driver, nice service on board concerning explanations about the ferry .Satisfied.
We took this company to get from Hanoi to Cat ba. The experience could not be better. We were picked up promptly at the hotel (having previously contacted us by phone). You are accompanied by a guide, in our case, absolutely professional and friendly. We were dropped off on the cable car (most of it was by speedboat) and when we arrived we were already waiting for another bus, which left us at the door of our hotel.
Great service and attentive staff! 10/10. They will take care of you from the beginning till the end, even dropping you off at your accommodation!
Other than there being no wifi (as advertised) on the bus this is absolutely the fastest, most efficient , and easiest way to get to Cat Ba from Ha Noi. I was AMAZED how efficient actually. We started at their Ha Noi office, got on the bus, arrived at the marina and walked directly onto a small ferry boat to the island, then walked directly onto another bus and they dropped us off AT THE DOOR of our accommodations on the island. There was not one second of wasted time or waiting- it was INCREDIBLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There is absolutely no better way to get there.

The bus ride was very comfortable and the host insured that passing the bordering country was seamless. They explained the entire process.
Booking was easy and so was communication and preparation before the ride. We had forgotten something on the bus after the trip and had contacted the Enterprise after the trip. Our belongings were personally taken to the hotel the next morning. That was really nice and sweet. Thank you very much for the ride.
Excellent Service, punctual, professional and attentive. Our transfer via Good morning cat ba from Hanoi to cat ba was really great. My wife forgot her prescription glasses on the bus on the first ride. They listened, found them and transferred a day later to the hotel where we were staying. They saved our stay. Excellent Service, we moved on time with bus and ferry, organized at best. Air conditioning and water provided on the bus!
