Martina was very friendly and informative and made the tour very enjoyable. I would have no reservation in referring her to other travellers.
Lucas did a great job showing us Brno. Very knowledgeable about the history of Czechia and Bruno. He was delight to be with for our tour.
The guide was 15 minutes late to our meeting point. He was difficult to understand and the topics discussed weren’t necessarily all over the place. We ended the tour early and spent time looking around on our own.
Our tour was the last one of the day and I hope our guide was not be the usual guide for this tour. He was difficult to understand, talked non stop and we hardly spent anytime in the historic center of Brno. These are 2 hours of our life we will not get back. I gave him 2 stars because he showed up on a cold rainy day. I did not catch his name cause he said it so fast.
Brno was such a charming surprise! The architecture, vibrant squares, and peaceful vibe made it a joy to explore. Our guide provided great context and was really friendly.
Avoid at all costs.....hold onto your money and do your own self guided walking tour.....guide was late in arriving outside(not inside as advertised) Grand Hotel....he wanted to conduct the tour in German, although I had booked an English speaking tour....the other 2 participants understood German.... anyway the guide didn't seem terribly fluent in either ...a complete waste of time...I couldn't understand a word of his heavily accented English.....and we only walked one street...I literally saw or learnt nothing.....so as I mentioned earlier....hold onto your money and do your own walking tour.
That was probably the worst 2 hours of my life the guide spoke more about himself in the end I gave him 200 koruna just to get rid of him Paul
Brno seems to be industrial city. Don't be mistaken. It has gorgeous old town. Recommend walking tour using your cell phone. One of the cities that you can scan QR code and enjoy guided tour. Beautiful architecture, fascinating history and of course, farmers market
Very informative guide and very excited and happy to give the tour making it more enjoyable. Small city
Unfortunately the guide was not very sociable or friendly and I had hardly any opportunity to ask questions. His knowledge seemed good but I could not recommend strongly.
