We arrived 30 minutes early and did not see our bus despite the help of 2 employees on site. Fortunately, one of them took us to 12 rue Sté Anne to change our ticket for on off, or we would have lost our day. The driver should have a sign indicating the name of his tour and also call out the names of the people before leaving. We have made several visits in different cities and this is the first time this has happened to us. But the activity was great
Martin is a great guide and made the experience memorable with his warm humour and friendly demeanour. A very knowledgeable man, he provided great insights on the history and culture of the city.
It was a very interesting and informative trip with opportunities to take photos and ask questions. Our guide matties? Was an excellent guide. Would definitely recommend. Our only concern is that several buses arrive at the meeting point at the same time which causes some confusion.

Great overview of many historic sites in Old Vity Quebec. Martin was an excellent guide; so good we decided to book the Country side tour for later the same day!

It was fun, informative and very enjoyable. We covered both the basse ville and the haute ville, had an opportunity to take a few pictures and had a bathroom break.
The host/guide was knowledgeable and delivered fascinating historical info in a very human way making it easy to understand and follow.
