- La hora de recogida la recibirá un día antes del tour, cada hotel tiene una hora de recogida diferente, por favor revise su correo incluyendo la carpeta de SPAM. - Si no tenemos disponibilidad de recogida en su alojamiento se le asignará el punto de reunión más cercano a su hotel. - Puntos de encuentro para viajeros que se encuentran en airbnb, hoteles fuera de nuestra zona de recogida o cualquier lugar al que no podamos llegar: - Punto de encuentro en Cancún: afuera del One Cancún Centro Hotel en la Avenida Tulum - Punto de encuentro en Playa del Carmen: Afuera de Coco Bongo en Playa del Carmen - Punto de encuentro en Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: No hay recogida en ningún hotel o airbnb, el punto de reunion es en Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - La hora de recogida se establece de acuerdo con su ubicación y la disponibilidad del tour. - Los viajeros que no proporcionen un nombre de hotel como lugar de recogida con al menos 24 horas de anticipación se les asignará automáticamente el punto de reunión en el One Cancun Centro. - Para la zona de Playa del Carmen las reservaciones estan sujetas a disponibilidad. - Dependiendo de la disponibilidad y la zona de su hotel el horario puede cambiar. - No ofrecemos servicio de recogida en ningún airbnb o direcciones particulares.

- Una vez dentro del parque, las actividades se realizan en aproximadamente 4 horas, lo cual puede variar en funcion del clima y otros factores, ademmas debe considerarse el tiempo de trasado de ida y vuelta a su hotel
- Si usted lleva a un bebe entre 1 a 3 años debe mencionarlo en su reservacion

Hi…the pick up was very rough. I had two reservations, and unfortunately for me, my hotel pickup selection didn’t save for one of the reservation; when i realized that the day prior to our tour, i tried numerous times to call the tour company to get the correct hotel pick up (but could not reach anyone). Furthermore, i tried calling the next day, numerous times, and still no answer. I was able to get into my Trip Advisor booking to see if i could get it edited, but the edit feature was deactivated. Fortunately (but unfortunately) i saw a “message the tour operator” link, so i did….and that’s where my troubles started. A person by the name of “Alberto A.” responded back to me (and i have never in my life met a customer service rep so disrespectful and rude). I am attaching screen shots of the conversation because reading them for yourself will explain why i said he was very disrespectful. As for the tour itself, once you end up at the park, it was fun. This tour allows a large party to sample and do activities in their comfort zone, which was amazing because our group ranged from 9-73 years old (none of the different activities were too short or too long). The only thing this company needs to do is to teach “Alberto A.” on the proper way to interact with customers that is coming to have fun and spend their money AND to answer their phone or not provide a phone number….that’s it.
You did not include your hotel name in your reservation, so the policy outlined in the tour description was applied; furthermore, you received full pickup details a day in advance. You had ample time to let us know about your error regarding your hotel as pickup point, and we would have gladly assisted you. Actually, Alberto did a great job by adhering to the policies you yourself agreed to when making your reservation.
Some of the activities we did for first time so ot was all fun. If you did these earlier still it is worth the experience. Just watch out for extra charges for videos.

It’s so amazing and we have so wonderful experience trying various activity that is available and It is so great from Zipline, ATV’s and Swimming in the Cenote! I’ll hardly recommend this company and their team! Bravo!

We read the reviews and still felt like we would have a good time. But the reviews were right. The ATVs were a little Janky. It was almost as if the power steering was out in ours. A couple people in our group crashed because of this. The zip lining there is only seven of them and it’s just in their little area of land that they own. However, if you are a bigger person or can’t climb/fit into small places, this isn’t for you. The ladders to get to some of the zip lining places were very in my opinion unstable and small. It says you will go to a cenote however, this was not. It was just a hole in the ground with water. The best part about it was the quesadillas at the end & the horseback riding was cool too. So yes, the reviews were right. Each activity was about 30 minutes. Also, you are not allowed to have your phones and take pictures for any activity other than the cenote. However for $89 it was still a good deal, but I would not book again.
Wow, looks like we got up on the wrong side of the bed today, huh? Sometimes even on vacation in paradise, everything seems wrong. Maybe a good attitude and a desire to have fun will help next time.
Bring sunglasses and cash! Water shoes are also a plus. Friendly staff , but make sure you advocate for all activities you signed up for!

The crew was very experienced and friendly; however they beed to work on the "cattle" mentality. At times it comes off as a bit rude.

Horrible do not book! Equipment is old, raggedy, and falling apart. I am not sure how it is still considered safe. They want to upsell you on everything, food provided is nasty with a bunch of flies everywhere. The tequilla tasting is not a real tasting, it’s to get you to purchase a bottle. The waits in between are ridiculous! Very unorganized, I’d give it a 2/10! The horses were beautiful, but the course was hideous!
Well, some people find fault with everything, even on a wonderful day , and judging by the other reviews on our tour, it seems you came with the intention of seeing everything negatively. Great trip to do. The zip wires , ATV and Cenote swim were awesome fun. Very safe and very good value for money. It’s a must do if in the Cancun Area.
