Somos apasionados de la gastronomía y nuestro objetivo es que pases una velada muy divertida mientras degustas las mejores tapas/pintxos vascos de Bilbao y descubres la historia y tradiciones locales. Con nosotros degustará al menos los 8 pintxos más populares (tradicionales y modernos bocados vascos), todo ello maridado con una encantadora variedad de bebidas locales, desde vinos hasta vermuts (tenemos opciones para todas las preferencias). Este tour se realiza en inglés y en grupos pequeños, por lo que es mucho más personal. Nuestro enfoque es en la comida y bebida de alta calidad, por lo que es la opción perfecta para los amantes de la comida más exigentes, al igual que nosotros! Esta experiencia es también una fabulosa introducción a la historia de Bilbao y el País Vasco mientras caminamos por 3 de los barrios más históricos de Bilbao. Después del tour habría aprendido las "reglas locales esenciales" para pedir la mejor comida cuando esté por su cuenta. Lo experimentarás como los vascos : paseando por la ciudad y saltando de bar en bar maridando especialidades de comida local con bebidas.

Descubre Bilbao a través de sus sabores en un inolvidable recorrido a pie culinario. Dirigida por un apasionado guía local, esta experiencia le llevará a través de las animadas calles de la ciudad, el casco antiguo y los bares donde la tradición se encuentra con la creatividad. Podrá degustar lo mejor de la cocina vasca —desde delicados mariscos y galardonados pintxos hasta abundantes especialidades locales— todo ello maridado con las bebidas más emblemáticas de la región : txakoli crujiente, refrescante sidra vasca, riojanas sedosas, y vermuts. Tenemos bebidas sin alcohol disponibles. En el camino, pasearemos por los barrios con más encanto de Bilbao, disfrutaremos de vistas a la orilla del río Nervión y descubriremos rincones ocultos que la mayoría de los visitantes se pierden. Escucharás historias sobre la historia vasca, la cultura y el arte de los pintxos, además de aprender consejos sobre cómo comer y beber como un verdadero local. Al final, habrás saboreado la esencia de Bilbao: sus sabores, su calidez y su espíritu vibrante.

Our guide was Usoa, she was absolutely fabulous, it didn’t feel like we went out on a food tour rather we were out with an old friend who was showing us around and telling us stories about the area and city. The bars we visited were all different and distinct, the Pintxos delicious, in short a great night was had by all!
Overall, a very good experience. Usoa was very kind and solcitous, and made sure that any eating restrictions were satisfied with alternatives. The first place she took us was by far the best: that spider crab pinxos was delicious, followed by a mushroom with truffles. The other places were good. There was more than enough to eat and drink. Along the way, Usoa told us a bit about the history of Bilboa and also of the Basque region and language.

We really enjoyed the tour along with the local context shared by Usoa. The variety of venues and pintxos was also appreciated.
Excellent locations and foods. Our guide pleasantly made changes in the planned selections if we did not like something. Highly recommend.
Usoa was our guide in what turned out to be a very small group (only four guests). She was very knowledgeable not only about the specific focus of the tour (the pintxos and wines characteristic of the region) but also Basque history, culture, language, and its social and political relationship with the nation of Spain. Maximizing the benefits of a small group, she was very responsive to our questions and interests while still assuring the focal points were covered. Beyond just being a great guide, Usoa was a wonderful host. She made sure that we had water along with our wine at each of the four stops (Bilbao was still in the midst of a heat wave on our evening), and adjusted the specific pintxos she ordered to address food issues within the group. We enjoyed three different wines (white, blush, and red), a cider, and a liqueur, along with eight different pintxos and a desert. It was a delightful three hours on an early summer evening.
Just brilliant from start to finish. Excellent communication prior to the tour, on the day and afterwards. Arrate was our tour guide, she's was amazing!. So friendly and knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again when travelling in Northern Spain.
