I had a great time on this tour. Irene was outstanding at her job. She communicated well to set expectations for the day (and ensured smooth pick up), and every stop along the way was seamless. She had lots of interesting facts and stories to share with us, I learned a lot on this tour. It was a long day, but the stops were paced well and we squeezed a lot into the day. Would definitely recommend any tour with Irene!

We had such a great day with Daniel (guide) and Ivan (driver) in Banos. Daniel provided lots of information about the geographical elements as we traveled from Quito to Banos. He took great pictures of us throughout the entire day, and answered all of the questions we had about the area. We also felt very safe with Ivan as our driver during the long drive to Banos. It was a great day.

My family and I were excited for this trip and it lived up to the expectations! Our tour guide Irene was so personable and helpful! She made the experience fun and informative. We loved the experiences and the food!

The experience was really cool. Irene was our guide and experiencing this adventure with her was a stroke of luck. She made the trip a super enjoyable journey, she taught us many things about Ecuador, its culture, history, and gastronomy. The places where she took us to eat were wonderful, and Silvio, the driver, also did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this getaway to you all and if you can, ask for her to be your guide. You will not regret it

It was a very nice day in Baños with The Official Tourbus to see the impressive waterfalls in the green valley. Irene did such a great job! She was enthusiastic about her country and we learned a lot, not only about the region and the history of Baños, but also about food and ecuadorian expressions and customs. Thank you very much!

Irene was our guide and the truth is it was a very beautiful experience, I highly recommend her, it was very beautiful where she took us, she was patient with us at all times, very attentive to what we needed, the truth is I liked that she also spoke to us in Spanish even though most of the companions were English speakers, but she had that empathy that honestly, my respects to her

I am a solo world traveler and Jorge has been one of the absolute best tour guides I have ever had, straight up‼️ he is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, he has such a vibe, always ensures everyone in the trips gets a chance to truly get involved and experience, not to mention he takes some of the best photos and videos . I am so thankful, he maximized my trip experience. I recommend Quito bus tour and if you are lucky enough you will get Jorge 🤞🏻🤩🙌🏻🇪🇨 Paul the driver was also excelent and safe in out whole trip, he played great music for us as well 😎

My husband had a wonderful day trip to Baños with Carlos and our driver (whose name I unfortunately do not recall). The vehicle was very comfortable and spacious and the day trip did not feel tiring at all. Carlos was delightful; very engaging as a guide and very well informed. We had amole time at each of the stops. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who decides they want to do a day trip rather than stay overnight
