Somos el primer y original tour por la selva en wave runner en Cancún. Seguirás al guía turístico en tu moto acuática, conducirás la moto acuática por el lado de la laguna, los manglares y posteriormente nos dirigiremos al mar, donde verías los diferentes colores del Caribe y posteriormente haríamos snorkel (Snorkel Gratis) en el meco arrecife por 30 minutos, al final snorkelearemos su tiempo para volver a la Marina. Nuestro tour dura 2 horas: Faltan 45 minutos. 30 minutos de snorkel. 45 minutos para volver. Peso limitado por moto acuática 400 libras. Los clientes tienen que pagar 20 usd por persona en efectivo en el puerto deportivo para la alimentación del muelle. Ejemplo: Si sois dos personas en una moto acuática tenéis que reservar solo para dos personas. Si quieres conducir solo una moto acuática para ti, solo tienes que reservar para una moto acuática individual. Si solo reservas una persona, compartirías la moto acuática con el guía turístico o con otra persona que reserve otra moto acuática. Por horario solo podemos llevar 10 personas en 5 motos acuáticas o 5 motos acuáticas individuales

Booked this excursion last minute after another snorkeling excursion was cancelled due to the ports being closed. My girlfriend and I both booked individual jet skis; I highly recommend it to get the full experience, and we both loved it. Even though we couldn't snorkel, again because the ports were closed at the time, we still enjoyed riding around on the jet skis. On top of that, they took beautiful pictures of us and a dope video on a drone of us riding our jet skis that we eventually ended up paying to keep digitally and a frame with our portraits on Corona bottles with shot glasses. Keep in mind, you will not be refunded for the snorkeling if the ports are closed at the time of the excursion since it's more of an extra to the main excursion, which is the jet skis. Other than that, I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to anyone out there that loves riding jet skis.
I highly recommend this excursion! It was one of the highlights of my trip to Cancun. Unlike many other tours, this one gave us plenty of time behind the wheel of the jet ski instead of just a quick ride. The snorkeling experience was also unique because we arrived by jet ski rather than a charter boat, giving us a completely different perspective and making the entire adventure feel more personal and exciting. The tour guides were outstanding.

Had a great afternoon. We loved our tour guide. Perfect blend of jet skis and snorkeling. Great for couples of small groups of adults
The crew members were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the manager/owner was not positive. Throughout the excursion he came across as rude and condescending toward guests. One example was when a woman who was clearly inexperienced accidentally turned off the engine while docking. Instead of calmly explaining what to do, he snapped at her and said, “Lady, I’ll tell you when to turn it off.” It was uncomfortable to watch and felt unnecessarily harsh toward someone who was obviously trying her best. I want to be fair: after reviewing the listing again, I can see that the fees and excursion terms were disclosed, and some of my disappointment regarding the snorkeling was due to my own expectations. Weather conditions can also affect activities, and I understand that is outside of the crew’s control. However, customer service and professionalism are within management’s control. The rest of the staff were kind, patient, and worked hard to make the experience enjoyable, which only made the manager’s attitude stand out more. A little patience and respect toward guests would have gone a long way. Overall, the excursion itself was fine, but the way guests were spoken to left a negative impression and is the reason for my rating.
It’s a 10/10 ! I came from CT and did it alone and I had the best time ever! The jet ski ride was thrilling and fun and the snorkel was peaceful! Definitely recommend!
Danny was amazing! He took care of us. And kept us safe. I highly recommend Danny. They got a good video and pictures of the whole group.
Just have fun we loved it and killed the ride literally had a great and wonderful time just which it was longer
Be careful if u book your jet ski solo. The guide accompany me in my jetski as it was for tour people but it supposed to be one way to drive for him and in return while coming back i should drive one. Other two jet ski were there with us with 4 tourists. Tour guide hardly gave me 10 mins to drive and kept saying excuses that there is sea weed and And there is more currents, the channel is narrow and there is traffic. But the other people were driving their own jet ski and nobody had problem. I asked for almost 6 or 7 times- he was like you would have paid more. I was like why ? I paid for one sit and office staff told ne as I paid for one seat I will drive in return. He was treating me like I haven't paid. It was pathetic. Be careful. His name I dont remember exactly. - Danny or Daniel. Not recommended.

On the day of your tour, the guide had to take control of the jet ski during certain sections due to unusually heavy seaweed, strong currents, heavy boat traffic in the channel, and navigation conditions that required additional caution. These decisions are made solely for the safety of our guests, other vessels, and everyone participating in the tour. The guests you mentioned were riding individual jet skis, while shared jet skis operate under different conditions and safety procedures. At no point was our intention to make you feel as though your booking was less important or that you had not paid for your experience. We understand that you were hoping to drive more during the tour. However, driving opportunities are always subject to weather, water, traffic, and safety conditions at the time of operation. You go really far out on the jet skis, probably a couple miles. You get to go through the mangroves and then out into the sea. The snorkeling off the jet skis was a lot of fun as well. Just to be aware there’s a $20 per person dock fee that’s in the small written part if you’re unaware.
