Great value trip. Price ($47) included bus transport from Tourist office in South Beach 50 minutes there and back & entry to the Gator park. Airboat through everglades lasted 30 mins (scheduled 20 mins). We saw 3 gators close up with opportunity to take photos. Skipper Dan was amazing calling them out to see us. Finished with 30 minutes in outdoor seated lecture area where John explained their behaviour & history in the area and there were 3 more captive gators & a baby salt water crocodile! Gift Shop at the end with nice souvenirs & some coffee, snacks & ice creams. Well done everyone there on a great visit.
Great trip! Travel to and from on an air-conditioned bus, great tour guide on the airboat and great informational show Got to see plenty of wildlife.
The airboat ride was so much fun. When it speeds through the marshes it's unforgettable. The alligator show was also good and funny.
Unfortunately it was the time if year were Allagators are in their mating season, so not much sign of them when we were out in the boat, the show was fun and light hearted but very informative, I'd recommended, id have given a 5 if seen an Alligator in the wild
Book a tour to Everglades on April 28, however when I reached the checkin they mentioned the park was on fire and rescheduled to next day. On April 29 I went again there and the park still on fire, so I requested the refund, they refused and said that it was not available, only a ticket that does not expire. I feel I got robbed and there’s nothing that I can do.
Great fun if a little loud. Don't go in wet season you won't see anything. It's just an air boat ride.
The time in the park was great! Guides there are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is worth the visit as you'll encounter many wild animals and the show is quite fun. The only thing I didn't like is that the tours office was dirty and it didn't have a toilet or internet. We arrived earlier and they were not flexible enough to keep our bags for a moment and check us in, so we had to carry them for one hour more. But the Indian coworker she was friendly and kept an eye on our staff while we looked for a toilet. The bus driver was nice but I didn't like I felt he pushed us to give a tip, something that is not a common practice in our country.
The driver had us wait for like 20 min in the van before we left and then he turned around and came back because people arrived late that was a little annoying the airbout tour was awesome tho
It was confusion from the time we met at the meeting place. No one knew what was going on and the people checking you in, were very rude. We were given no directions, just, next. The bus driver was also very rude. Our guide on the airboat was amazing though. Everyone wanted a tip to include the man that did a ten minutes show about alligators. There was even a sign in the bus that said, everyone needed to tip, 5 bucks minimum per person. Very off putting and I always tip people.
It was the worst experience. The tour bus was a piss dump. It was so hard to sit in that bus for an hour both ways. Everyone in the bus was struggling to breath with piss smell all over the bus. On top of that the driver decided to stop for a fuel stop in the middle of the tour! The boat ride was good. But the whole experience was very bad. Would never go back again.
