Shuttle was very easy and the driver was great! One thing to note is that this shuttle only provides 3 return trips leaving the falls... Is wasn't an issue for us as we were able to fit our plans into the pick-up times, but the write up suggests that you can grab a return shuttle as will and it isn't quite as flexible as suggested. The falls were beautiful and worth the visit. We did the cable car ride to the top and we walked across the suspension bridge.
The trip was fun for kids. I recommend going on this tour. The bus was comfortable and this no a long ride to get to the Falls.
Bus was not easy to locate when leaving because there were so many tour buses that looked similar. Otherwise, all was efficient.
Pick up on time for our trip to the Falls. We had time to view the falls, climb the hillside staircase and Zipwire across. Also a little time to see the park at the top. We could have done with more time to take in the park at our leisure. Good coach, vgood trip and communications.
The shuttle bus was very nice once we were on the bus. The bus driver was courteous, and it was a wonderful way to get out and see the fall.
The tour operator was fine. They will do what they can to help. The Falls are great to go visit. Highly recommended. I do not recommend any bus tour in Quebec. Way too much traffic. Easier to Uber and control your own destiny. Don't waste your time enjoying Quebec by standing in long lines all day. Or walk the city.
I wanted to see Montmorency Falls but was reading all the reviews that the tours didn't spend enough time there. I'm glad I found this shuttle option. Be forewarned - there is no neon sign at the meeting point that says "Montmorency Shuttle". The meeting spot is where all the tour companies leave from and there's no one looking for you to direct you onto the right bus. In my experience (Oct 2025), I had to ask a UniTour operator which bus was the shuttle. They told me there was a sign on the front that said, "Montmorency Shuttle". There was not. It actually read "Blue Line" and I was somehow supposed to know that meant the Montmorency Shuttle, so I missed the first bus out because of that. To his credit, when I came back to the meeting spot at 12:00, he made eye contact with me and pointed me to the right bus. The driver was very helpful and before we all left the bus at the site, he told us what time the shuttles were to make sure we didn't miss them. I figured I'd take the 2 pm bus back, figuring an hour was good enough but ended up spending so much time taking photos and walking around that I took the 3:30 shuttle instead. It was nice to be able to just take my time and see more of the park - lots of easy trails to take and photo spots. With my caveat in mind, I highly recommend this shuttle option, especially for solo travellers!
It’s a beautiful place. The falls are gorgeous and the bridge over the falls provides breathtaking views of the area. There are many trails to hike and picnic areas to enjoy a meal.
The bus ride to and from the Montmorency Falls was very comfortable and scenic from the top level. The driver was exaxtly on time, and boarding was smooth and quick. We looked at guided tours to the falls, but these were either too long or too short. Taking the bus and exploring the falls on our own was perfect. We took a picnic lunch and bottle of wine, which made our visit even more special. Highly recommend the bus!
Driver was great! Logistics were poor. We booked online. Luckily we stopped by the office on Ste Anne the day before and the office let us know the meetup point was changed due to the Marathon. Pickup at Museum was messy but pickup at the end of our day for a 2pm shuttle was uncomfortable- lots of people waiting, no blue bus in site.
