We had a wonderful cooking class with Zoubayr and absolutely loved the experience! We started with a market tour, where he taught us how to communicate with the local vendors and introduced us to the ingredients and atmosphere of the market. We then learned how to prepare traditional Moroccan couscous, which was both delicious and so much fun to make. Zoubayr was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel authentic and personal. It was truly a unique experience and a wonderful way to discover Moroccan culture through food. We highly recommend this cooking class with Zoubayr!

Whomever thinks you can't experience a tourist spot like a local needs to try this experience. Zoubayr took me right out of the Medina a d overstock then local shops for out ingredients. We then returned to his authentic medina house to prepare food on the terrace overlooking the town. We ate with members of his family while sitting on traditional cushioned benches. The food was simple and exactly what you'd expect a typical local family to eat. Overall, the experience was a great peek into local life.

He made the whole experience super relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt more like cooking with a local friend than being in a class. You can really tell he loves what he does. We had such a fun cooking experience with Zoubs at his home right in the centre of the Medina. We started by going to the market together to shop for ingredients, which was such a cool part of the experience. Zoubs dressed us in Moroccan jellabas and taught us some Moroccan Arabic so we could learn how to shop like locals that was honestly so much fun. Back at his house, we learned how to make kufta tajine, and everything was explained in a really easy and relaxed way. It felt more like spending time with a local friend than just doing a cooking class. We ended the experience with mint tea and pastries on his beautiful terrace, which was the perfect way to finish the day. 100% recommended
