Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida está programada para 30-45 minutos antes de la salida. El tour operador confirmará la hora exacta de recogida por correo electrónico. Por favor, no olvide revisar su correo electrónico. Planifique reunirse con el conductor en el vestíbulo de su hotel al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora programada. Puede que no te presenten si llegas con más de 10 minutos de retraso o después de que el coche haya salido de tu hotel.

It was an awesome experience for a leisurely and not-so-adventurous ATV experience. Suitable for families with elderly and young kids. The staff are friendly ..they even offered to record the videos .. snap photos .. recommended to tick as your bucket list in Phuket.

The guides were so friendly and helpful…you can film or use your phones while riding but our guide took my phone and videoed us all riding thru the jungle for a good 10min while he drove in front of us (that’s skill!! The track was super muddy so one tip would be to plan ahead and don’t wear anything you don’t want to clean or potentially have stained. Also, if you’re visiting Big Buddha, make sure ladies have knees and shoulders covered. They do sell sarongs up there if you need them but to save money, plan ahead!
Brilliant fun experience and a great way to get to the big Buddha Zapping through the trails to get to the top
This was an awesome experience. Amazing viewpoints from the Big Buddha, and I absolutely loved the ATV ride - it was super fun and the guide was great! For me, the downside of this experience is that we rode past elephants in small enclosures, and elephants being ridden by people who were using hurtful tools to control their movements. This made me really uncomfortable and took some enjoyment out of my experience. In future, I would research/ask about this beforehand, as I would like to avoid this if possible.
I booked through tripadvisor the night before at 8pm for next day ride at 9am and confirmation was fast We were picked up by the tour agency from the hotel with a lorry, like tuk tuk at 8.50am. The journey from Patong to the venue is around 30 mins. The driver was driving fast along the curly road and suggest to wear a mask as pollution along the journey. There were 2 guides for the ATV ride which they were very helpful though very rushing, I guess one should book 1.5 hours. I notice 2 guide accompany 3-4 vehicle. The terrain looks dangerous as it's very bumpy with up and down slope narrowly. I would suggest the tour not suitable for young teens and below. Suggest to put on a mask as ATV ride is closed to one another inhaling the gas from the front. The Big Buddha has nice view and luckily the stairs are not too long. Need not wear cover shoes if it's raining the day before as my kids shoes are splashed with mud.
Taken quad 1h with family 2 adults + 2 children = 3 quads. The course is good, so is the organization.
My adult boys loved it, and was really organised! Great short tour from Karon beach. Big Buddha is so pretty and view was fantastic
I can only explicitly warn against this provider of ATV at the Big Buddha in Phuket. For one thing, the ATVs are all in poor condition. In 2015 when I was there a BIKE fell off at the ATV, in August 08/22 I was back at the ATV there with a Thai girl who almost lost her life on the tour. My friend fell on the quad bike and got the brake lever in your femoral neck aterie and quickly lost a lot of blood as a result. You sign a note before the start but it only works in one direction. You think that you are insured and an Ahmad 0066 64 030 4575 assures to be good, to cover all costs - in truth, it is the biggest gangster who simply paid nothing. Instead, I still paid 3000 Baht for damage to the quad. If this incident had happened in Germany I would certainly have sued this company - that much be certain. I would like to warn others about this venture does not book an ATV tour on the Big Budda - this provider is not trustworthy. We would like to clarify about the review that the customer posted about the accident on 23/08/2022, we knew the incident well. That customer did not book this tour with us and the incident did not happen from us, but the accident happened from another company that provides ATV activities and service areas that was far apart from us and had a program to drive ATVs to Big Buddha as well. There was not only our company that had ATV Riding but there were many companies. We did not know the customer booking from where. He used our place to leave bad reviews and hurt us. Regarding the service provided by each company, there are service standards but our company takes care of customers well that is different and not the same. The activities that we provide are risky and we have travel insurance for all customers. Therefore, we have all customers to register and write their own details to send to the insurance company before starting the activities. In the event of an accident or injury for all customers who come to use our service and before the customers do activities, the staff will explain and advise on how to use the equipment. Rules and regulations are important prohibitions as well as having customer service throughout the activities to be safe. In the event that the customers have an accident, there will be a staff to take care of first aid in case of minor injuries. And if the customers are injured and need to be sent to the hospital, there will be staff to take to the hospital and coordinate with the hospital about using tourist insurance to support medical treatment or coordinate with customers in case customers use their own tourist insurance services. We will go to visit and coordinate with the hospital until discharged from the hospital. So we hope everything that we clarify will be clear.
Very fun and easy ride through the jungles. Definitely a beginner / family friendly ATV experience. The guide was incredibly patient with my girlfriend who was overwhelmingly incompetent at operating quads!
We enjoyed the session very much. We have a great experience for this activity. The worker were friendly and the whole trip is fun. We will visit again
