We had an absolutely wonderful three-day trip through southern Armenia, visiting Tatev, Goris and Meghri. The scenery was breathtaking, the places we visited were beautiful, and the hotels that were arranged for us were excellent. But what really made this trip special were our guide Levon and our driver Vano. Levon has an incredible amount of knowledge about Armenia, its history, culture and the places we visited. He shared so many interesting stories and explained everything with genuine passion and pride for his country. His enthusiasm really added something special to every place we visited. Vano was a fantastic driver. We always felt completely safe with him, including on the long and winding mountain roads. He drove calmly and carefully throughout the entire trip and got us everywhere safely and comfortably. Kristine and I truly enjoyed every moment of these three days. The combination of the spectacular scenery, great hotels and, above all, Levon and Vano made this a trip we will remember for a very long time. Thank you both for an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this trip — and especially Levon and Vano!
We did the two day, one night tour to the Syunik Province. It was a tour in the Armenian language which we were aware of. Levon was our guide and he tried very hard to inform us in English of some key points of interest as we travelled around. He would also show us information using the internet on his phone and went out of his way to be helpful. The driver was polite and helpful as well. We saw a lot of the countryside and it was action packed. This tour is well worth doing. Levon was super friendly and comes highly recommended.
Had a great time! Beautiful places, great organization, and an enjoyable experience overall. Special thanks to our driver, Armen, and our guide, Tigranuhi an incredibly positive and warm person who made our day even more enjoyable! 😊
we spent two wonderful days in Syunik and the whole experience was absolutely amazing!! A special thank you to our guide, Levon, who was very knowledgeable and made the whole trip even more interesting with his stories and explanations. We are also very grateful to our driver, Artur, who was extremely professional and helpful!! overall, this trip was beautiful and unforgettable and I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Syunik.

Grisha driver is the best of all. I want to always go somewhere with him, very fun, kind and always positive.1000/10
I’ve already taken three trips with One Way Tour, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Their guides — Ana, Kohar, and Anahit — deserve special appreciation. Each one is incredibly knowledgeable, detail‑oriented, and brings such a kind, patient attitude to the group. You can feel how much they love what they do, and it makes every tour more enjoyable and meaningful. The buses are always clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. During Yerevan’s hot summer days, the strong AC is a lifesaver. Their drivers are true professionals — safe, calm, and skilled on every road. Overall, One Way Tour delivers a smooth, organized, and friendly experience every time. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them.
Terrible experience with this company. First, pickup was at 7 AM and they didn’t allow us to have food inside the van. The pickup point was in an area without any café or supermarket nearby, which meant we started the day without any food. The first food stop was at 9 AM in a TERRIBLE place for lunch. Yes, they planned lunch at 9 AM. The place was extremely crowded because all tours from this company stopped there. Long queues for the toilets and food. During the visits, the guide left us alone “to explore” instead of providing context and stories. Regarding food, we didn’t have enough time to buy snacks during the tour because we only had about 30 minutes at each stop, with the guide constantly worried about timing and asking us to hurry. After crossing the bridge in Khnzdoresk, six hours after our last meal (morning lunch), we decided to sit and eat some chips/ice cream. The guide gave us LESS THAN FIVE (F-I-V-E) minutes to do this (only because we asked). Same with toilets: she didn’t show us where they were, and when we found them and decided to use them, she complained about timing. Finally, the Areni Winery was absolutely terrible. The guide gave less than five minutes of explanation about wine production, and the tasting was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We were in a bar, without any instructions about tasting techniques, and they served less than 10 ml. I’ve attended several wine tastings before and never felt so embarrassed. It would be better not to offer a tasting at all than to give such a tiny sip and stare at us to see if we would buy. Speaking of buying, the guide didn’t give us enough time to decide which wine we wanted. She stood there impatiently the entire time. At every stop, there was no time for shopping or anything else. In summary, they rushed us the entire day. It was very uncomfortable because the places were AMAZING, and as tourists you want to contemplate them, not just run and take one picture. Finally, it was extremely hot in the van and the AC was terrible.
Thank you to our guide Levon Mirzoyan and driver Garik for a comfortable and very informative two-day trip to Syunik. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jenya was an outstanding guide. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly well-prepared. She explained the historical context and every site we visited with great clarity and passion. I had already done quite a bit of research before the tour, but she consistently added fascinating insights and historical details that enriched my understanding far beyond what I had expected. Her ability to connect places, history, and culture made the entire experience even more meaningful. I highly recommend this tour with Jenya!
