Al llegar, quedará maravillado con la imponente cascada, un espectáculo natural perfecto para capturar fotografías inolvidables. Tendrá la oportunidad de sumergirse en las aguas cristalinas del río y disfrutar de un baño revitalizante junto a la cortina de agua, antes de continuar con el recorrido hacia la siguiente experiencia del día.
La siguiente parada lo llevará a una caminata sobre las copas de los árboles, atravesando impresionantes puentes colgantes con alturas de hasta 135 metros. We had an excellent day! Our guide was passionate, very knowledgeable, and took the time to introduce us to the local wildlife and flora. The visit ended with a moment of relaxation in the hot springs. The activity was well organized and suitable for our family with an 8-year-old child. I recommend this excursion for the varied and relaxing experience.

Hayro made our Arenal day absolutely unforgettable! I really do not recommend this tour at all for various reasons (it has nothing to do with the destination itself which was fine overall) But the agency needs to improve its customer service a lot. 1. They mentioned that punctuality was very important and that if we were not in time, we would lose the reservation. They were late. 2. The bus driver drove lousy as if he didn't carry passengers and even came back fighting with another driver who broke through and did the same to him. 3. Tour times don't work for an average tourist, you have to run. In the waterfall fortune we could only get 10-15 minutes. The rest was going down, up and transfers. It is not enjoyed and is too transferable. 4. On the suspension bridges, we were very short of time and the guide sent us on another route but did not explain anything and then the guides of the park returned us because we were against sense. The main route lasted 2h and a half and we were asked to do it in less than 1h so we opted for a shorter route. 5. One of the passengers (French) smelled terrible, almost made me want to vomit and the whole way was like this. 6. The tour was in Spanish but since we were the only Hispanics, it was always in English and I had to translate to my wife. I don't wish any tourists who live through something like this. Spend your money elsewhere or go one-on-one to enjoy.

En cuanto a la puntualidad, nuestros tours incluyen recogidas en diferentes hoteles y, en ocasiones, pueden presentarse pequeños retrasos debido al tráfico o a otros pasajeros. En su caso, el retraso fue de aproximadamente 10 minutos, algo que puede ocurrir pese a nuestros esfuerzos por mantener el horario exacto. Con respecto al comportamiento del conductor, tomamos este tipo de situaciones con mucha seriedad. Después de revisar lo ocurrido internamente, determinamos que su conducta no fue adecuada y el conductor ya no trabaja con nuestra empresa. Según los registros del tour y el itinerario establecido, el grupo permaneció el tiempo correspondiente en cada uno de los lugares visitados. Este tour incluye varias actividades en un mismo día, por lo que es necesario mantener un horario organizado para que todos los participantes puedan disfrutar de cada destino. Nuestro guía es un profesional certificado y siguió la ruta establecida con el grupo. Sin embargo, según el reporte, en algunos momentos ustedes se adelantaron al grupo mientras otros participantes caminaban a un ritmo más lento, lo que generó cierta confusión dentro del parque. En relación con otro pasajero del tour, lamentablemente aspectos personales de otros participantes están fuera del control de la agencia. Finalmente, este tour está diseñado como una experiencia bilingüe. Nuestros guías proporcionan la información tanto en inglés como en español para que todos los participantes puedan comprender las explicaciones durante la actividad. What an amazing tour! Our guide Joe ( I think that’s his name) was knowledgeable and patient! I would do it all again only with him cause he knows how to do a tour!!! Perfect views perfect lunch and breakfast! Outstanding!

Tour company sent me a message “I wanted to ask if it's possible to change the travel date to January 1, 2026, as a large number of tourists are expected at these locations on the 2nd and 3rd, and we really want you to have a pleasant experience. Therefore, we believe January 1, 2026, would be a better date for this tour.” I replied that I would like to keep my Jan 2nd and literally never heard of them again. Tour company cancelled via Viator refund email 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I called twice and messaged twice, but never heard back. This was my last full day in CR, so I was pretty pissed about this.

Due to an exceptionally high number of reservations for that date, we encountered capacity limitations at the hot springs, which are managed by third-party partners with strict daily limits. While we normally operate all confirmed bookings, final capacity depends on our partners and venue availability, not solely on us. For this reason, we contacted you in advance to explain the situation and offered two clear options: Reschedule the tour to a less crowded date to ensure a better experience, or proceed with a full cancellation and refund. As no confirmation was received to proceed with the original date under these conditions, the cancellation was processed through Viator. By the scheduled pick-up time, the cancellation had already been submitted in the system. Unfortunately, it is possible that the notification did not reach you in time, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused, especially given that it was your last day in Costa Rica. Our intention was to be transparent and proactive rather than operate a tour that could not be delivered at the expected quality level. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
Had the absolute best day in Arenal on this tour! Our amazing guide Hayro was super knowledgeable and so nice, making sure we got the most of our tour. We were lucky enough to see the Arenal volcano in all its glory with no clouds - majestic. Was also wonderful to see and swim in the La Fortuna waterfall. In the hanging bridge park Hayro pointed out several cool animals, and even lured out a red poison dart frog - so cool to see! The hot springs were great to relax in, would recommend a piña colada in the pool bar there! 10/10 experience!

This tour was phenomenal! The waterfall was beautiful, the wildlife we saw on the suspension bridges were amazing, and to end of the day at the thermals fall was the best! I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guides were some of the best we've had out of all the countries we have visited. Mia and Diego were so friendly and truly share their pura vida spirit! We had great conversations, we laughed, and we shared cultures as if we were old friends. When I go back to Costa Rica I'm going to do everything I can to try to get a tour with these two amazing people again. If you get to go on a tour with them, you are lucky, so enjoy your time! Something tells me next time I won't be able to fly my drone however 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
