The food catering and cake add on options were horrible. We didn’t even get everything we paid for. The writing we requested on the cake was ugly, ineligible and misspelled. When it was time to leave we left them a very generous tip and still got questioned if we weren’t satisfied
Omg is what my guess said they were absolutely blown away by the experience on this yacht. The host were all amazing people and entertaining. Do yourself a favor and purchase the food and beverage and professional pictures package and your guess will thank you later. Rich experience for sure.
Captain Adrian and his mates Johnny and Marco were fantastic! We celebrated my wife's 40th with friends and it was an incredible experience. If you're celebrating something special, rent this boat!!

The crew was most helpful in taking care of our family, which included three children under the age of 9. We enjoyed swimming and playing on the float mat. Great time for all!

Very good communication prior to the trip. Transfers were timely and polite, boat staff were very helpful and photographer was great. We loved our trip!

A group of 9 of us - 3 families and 3 kids. We had an absolutely amazing time - the crew are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The boat is great and the stop at Isla Mujeres is beautiful. They organised our transfers and food/alcohol which made it perfect! My daughter left a pair of sunnies in the taxi and they were kind enough to drop them back to us the next day. I genuinely coops t recommend this trip more.
