German language was desired. Offered was English and accepted by us. A mobile phone communication was made by translation. The driver made an effort. But a reasonable understanding could not take place. In this respect, the trip was not worth the money

My driver was engaging, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease traveling alone. He took me to see my requested sights and shared so much history with me. It was easy to communicate with him about pick up and drop off for dinner. My only complaint was I requested an English speaker and his English was very limited but we communicated through Google translate.

It would have been helpful if the driver spoke English. A lot of confusion at the beginning since his sign was from Saw Travel and not Viator. Very clean car and even with the language problems the the driver was very professional.

Had a 9 hour layover in Istanbul and used this service to get around. Although it was a bit expensive it was very professional. The owner had great communication before we even arrived. Once there we followed simple instructions to where the drivers would be. Our driver did not speak English but had a great attitude and even tried using Google translate to communicate with us. The owner also called several times to give us tips and information on what we should Do. I would recommend this service.

Our driver never arrived. It’s scam, the company in turkey never received our reservation, they just let us down and take our money.
