They were great to communicate with, easy to find, ensured we were back to our ship on time. Nacho was a wonderful host! The lagoon was so beautiful. I pull go back in a heartbeat.

From the beginning until the end, this tour was worth every penny. Our guide, Jhoana, was fabulous! Very knowledgeable about the area and so personable. The catamaran was perfect for our family of 6 and the pineapple they fed us was the best we ever had. I would strongly recommend this tour if you are looking for a more personal touch!

We highly recommend booking the Bacalar Lagoon Private Catamaran excursion by Eco Experience Costa Maya. We booked this excursion via Viator. The communication was on point. Jhoana, our tour guide, was so personable and accommodating. The drive was about 1h 20min but it was worth it. The Lagoon was beautiful, the swimming was refreshing. Our excursion included lunch and drinks that were delicious. Jhoana had us back at the port in a timely fashion! I would definitely book this excursion again if we visit Costa Maya. Thank you Jhoana for being amazing to our group!

PLEASE BOOK THIS EXCURSION. I hate to admit that I usually dont write reviews but rely on them for everything that I book. This was our best excursion that we have ever been on. We have been blessed to travel many places and try out a lot of excursions but this one truly was the best one. Jhoana and eder was the best tour guide and captian. The whole experience was very organized. We had zero troubles. The van was ready and stocked with drinks. We stopped for fruit then got to the boat. We had drinks made for us amd fruit cut and delivered to us in the water!!!!! Like what!?! It was some other boats that had groups.... I can tell they wished they woulda been on an excursion like ours. We had a blast. Once we thought it couldnt be better, we docked and our reserved table was ready with our lunch. Im sorry but it couldnt have gotten any better. This was the most telaxed and enjoyable trip. We WILL BE BACK AND WE WILL CHOOSE THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN. Dont hesitate and dont look any further, this is what your looking for. I promise. Jhonan and Eder was 10/10. I cant say enough good things about this. (Also-that lunch was SOOOOO FREAKING GOOOOOOD!!!!!)

I dont usually write reviews and I hate to admit it considering I check reviews before booking anything. This was hands down our best excursion we have ever been on. We travel A LOT and have been blessed to enjoy a lot of excursions but this one took the charts. Jhoana was the absolute best tour guide.the tour itsself was just unmatched. We went as a family and everyone said it was the best excursion we have had. The ride,fruit,lunch, just everything was just SOOOO EASY. Eder was an amazing captian. They served us great mixed drinks. I am recommending everyone that I know to travel and to book with them. We will be returning to Costa Maya and we will 100000% be booking again for this excursion. Please, if you are hesitant to book this, (like i am with everything hahah) please dont be. This was the most relaxed and enjoyable day we had the whole trip.(we traveled for 9 days). Dont look any further, this is the excursion you are looking for, I promise!

This was an incredible experience. Jhoana was super friendly and all 3 of us had loads of fun learning and talking to her. The catamaran, ride over, lunch and catamaran captain were perfect. We have traveled to many places. I can’t recommend this one enough! The boat ride is calm and water is so light blue…perfect

What a great excursion we just had! Our tour guide Miss Jhoana was amazing! She is the sweetest. She texted a few days before our trip and and found out it was a bachelorette trip and then she brought so many extra goodies to make the trip unforgettable. I would definitely recommend Miss Jhoana, Captain Eder, and Daniel for your next trip. The only thing that would have made this better would have been warmer weather.

Jhoana was an amazing hostess. She met us right where she said she would be to pick us up just a short walk outside the Costa Maya cruise port holding a sign with our name to greet us. She had a nice van and great driver for us. She gave us some history of the region and got to know us on the drive. They stopped in route at a roadside fruit stand and bought fresh fruit and then cut it up on the boat for us to enjoy in addition to the bottle of tequila! The catamaran sailor and captain were very knowledgeable and informative about the Lagoon. They played cool music for us and provided an awesome atmosphere for the day. Lunch after the sailing and swimming was incredible at this little bar/grill outside of a very nice Mexican hostel right on the Bacalar Lagoon. This whole experience was probably the best we’ve ever done. No complaints whatsoever. Exceeded expectations ! Highly recommend ecoexperience and especially Jhoana Zamudio.
