Inicia tu experiencia en el muelle de Oceanix Cancún, ubicado en Playa Tortugas (Km 6.5 del Boulevard Kukulcán). Puedes llegar por cuenta propia o adquirir tu tour con transporte redondo desde tu hotel. Consulta la lista de hoteles en nuestra página de compra o contáctanos si el tuyo no aparece.
Check-In: Al llegar al muelle, dirígete a la taquilla Oceanix para registrarte. Presenta tu número de reservación y nuestro equipo te indicará el camino a la sala de espera. Nuestros guías uniformados te recibirán a la entrada, portando una paleta con el logo de Oceanix, para que puedas ubicarlos fácilmente. Abordaje del Catamarán: Una vez que abordes el catamarán, recibirás las instrucciones de seguridad. A partir de ese momento, comienza la diversión. Disfruta del servicio de barra libre y déjate consentir por nuestros anfitriones durante todo el recorrido.
Snorkel en el Arrecife El Meco: Haremos una parada para realizar snorkel en el arrecife El Meco, hogar de una gran diversidad marina y esculturas submarinas. Nuestro equipo te proporcionará el equipo necesario y te guiará por los mejores puntos del arrecife. Sigue siempre las indicaciones del instructor.
Comida Buffet en Isla Mujeres: Después de snorkelear, desembarcaremos en Isla Mujeres y nos dirigiremos a un restaurante local (Zaza o Ice Bar, sujeto a operación del día), donde disfrutarás de un buffet nacional. Este servicio comienza a partir de las 12:00 p.m. y también incluye barra libre. Chapuzón en Blanquizal: En algún punto del recorrido, el capitán hará una parada estratégica en aguas cristalinas del Caribe para darte un refrescante chapuzón en el blanquizal. Una experiencia única en medio del mar turquesa. Tiempo en Beach Club: Tendrás acceso a las instalaciones del Beach Club (Zaza o Ice Bar) por 1 hora con 30 minutos, con comida buffet y barra libre incluidas. Si deseas explorar la isla, puedes alquilar un carrito de golf (opcional con costo adicional) para recorrer puntos de interés que nuestros guías te pueden recomendar.
Tiempo Libre en el Centro de Isla Mujeres: Explora a pie el encantador centro de Isla Mujeres. Pasea por sus calles, compra souvenirs y aprovecha una degustación de tequila de cortesía. Es tu momento para relajarte o seguir explorando por tu cuenta. Regreso a Cancún: Durante el regreso, disfruta de la vista del atardecer caribeño mientras saboreas una piña colada o tu bebida favorita. Será el cierre perfecto para una jornada inolvidable en el Caribe Mexicano.

An amazing day—and wonderful support from the crew We had a fantastic day with Oceanix and would absolutely recommend the experience. The water was unbelievably beautiful, the snorkelling was amazing, the food was very good, and the crew kept the drinks flowing and made the entire day fun and enjoyable. A special highlight was how well the crew supported my partner, Swetha, during the snorkelling. She is not a confident swimmer, but with a life jacket, a flotation ring and some initial support from me, she was able to get into the water and enjoy the experience. The crew then looked after her throughout the snorkelling and made her feel safe and comfortable. It was wonderful that she was able to participate rather than miss out, and we really appreciated the care they showed her. We also purchased the professional photos. They were expensive, but the photographer captured some genuinely special moments, so we were still very happy that we bought them. We also managed to take plenty of beautiful photos of our own. On Isla Mujeres, we decided to rent a golf cart and travel to the far end of the island. It was an optional extra and not particularly cheap, but we enjoyed it and felt it added to the experience. We shared the cost with another couple we met during the trip, which made it better value—and one of the unexpected highlights was making new friends along the way. Overall, we enjoyed beautiful scenery and culture, amazing Caribbean water, great snorkelling, delicious food, wonderful photographs and a fun atmosphere throughout the entire day. Most importantly, the crew were attentive, friendly and made sure everyone was looked after. A memorable day and one of the highlights of our trip. Five stars from us. A special mention for Fernando, or octopus, he was a wonderful guide and added to our day, along with the captain who was safe and our bartender who always kept our drinks full!!
We had a phenomenal trip with Leo, Armando, and Jose! They were attentive, and so much fun. We had a girls excursion to celebrate a friends birthday and we got to see so much sea life during snorkeling. We saw barracuda’s, stingrays, and so many beautiful fish. The service on the catamaran was amazing! Open bar, and appetizers to nibble on. We had the boat to ourselves and it was truly the perfect day. 10/10 would recommend anyone visiting Cancun!

Very good tour. You have a great time. They are super nice and the truth is that Isla Mujeres is worth it. The snorkeling activity was very good
Said that you'd be greeted with a welcome mimosa once on board, and wasn't. Towel provided, and was not offered a towel (they did refund that part of the cost, but were still wet when we left the beach). Drinks were very watery and had little flavor, nor alcohol. Lunch was good, but once again the drinks were watery. The beach was beautiful! The crew was nice. I have done 3 different Catamaran excursions with viator. This was the worst one for the price. Wouldn't do this one again!!
