Honestly if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Everything was a complete disaster on our trip to Isla Mures from start to finish. Booked through a reputable sales guy on the beach that had been highly regarded on the Facebook groups. Our big questions were could our 8 year old twins snorkel and was there life jackets for them. Both were answered yes. He also said we would go to the underwater museum, a shipwreck and a few other snorkelling sites across the trip. Fantastic we thought. We were picked up by a minibus driver who spent the whole journey on a WhatsApp equivalent looking at random selfies. We were then dropped off and asked to join a disorganised queue. Eventually I managed to figure out we were on the boat called the Blue Bayou. We eagerly waited to board for a fair old while. If we spoke Spanish that would have helped. We were told by the salesman that the boat would have no more than 50 people. We started to board and realised counting was not their strong point. It was more like a migrant boat to Ceuta. 89 souls boarded the boat. There was not enough room to sit. Drinks were offered but basically coloured water with a splash of alcohol. Very difficult to get non alcoholic drinks. After an uncomfortable journey we arrived at ZaZa beach club for lunch. Well that was god awful. We had two hours in this area. I have to say the beach was nice enough and we had good fun. We booked a golf buggy for the island tour. To do this you phones the odds for one of six buggy’s the company have had put aside and provide your driving license. We got back on the boat and docked at the other side of the island where we were escorted to our golf buggy’s. We had to follow on a tour. It was like a scene from wacky races but generally good fun and I would recommend you do this to get the most from a visit. We almost ran out of time so hurried back to the boat. We set sale looking forward to our snorkelling. We were hard sold a load of photos that were taken of the family earlier in the day which we reluctantly bought - to be fair they were good photos. The time had come for the snorkelling. We geared up my three children ready to get in for the big event that they had been looking for. I asked for the life jackets for to be told my two girls could not go as they were too young. They were absolutely heartbroken. They had to sit on the boat with my wife while I took my son. Now this amazing snorkelling trip was also a let down. We had to follow this guy on a quick 10 minute dash. We saw about 10 fish. No shipwreck. No underwater museum. It was so hurried and you clearly had to be a strong swimmer to keep up. Absolutely awful. We got back on the boat. We complained to members of staff about the snorkelling and the girls not being able to do it. A man took us to the manager. He was either stoned, pretending to be asleep, damn rude, a complete idiot or a mix of all. He completely blanked us. Walked literally 10cm from us. Didn’t say a word. Honestly he summed up the service on the day. Then me and the others who hired golf buggy’s asked for our driving license back to which we were told they had been left with someone else who was now not on the boat. They would try and get back the following day. So I’m left without a driving license. The manager was equally as useless in this situation. We managed to finally get off the boat and get back to the hotel. Not before the manager and walked around with his begging bowl for tips (as if we were going to tip the ignorant numpty). The driving license did eventually make an appearance the following day, delivered by the boat captain. Honestly the trip could have been great. If they had delivered what was sold and hadn’t oversubscribed then great. However it felt too rushed, some of the staff (the manager) were rude beyond belief. Overall they need to take a long hard look at themselves and put their clients first.

Avoid! This trip was massively mis-sold on every count. We were loaded onto a catamaran which was vastly over-filled. We were told maximum of 50 on board but a crew member said there were 89. Uncomfortable sailing crammed in like sardines. Arrived at tourist trap for 1 hr 30 mins for lunch and "beach time". Back onto the boat to sail to other side of the island. Hired golf buggy through the crew and handed over driving license. Did a rapid race around the island following crew member who drove so fast we could barely keep up, let alone take in the views. Lost some party members on this trip. Finished golf tour and straight back onto boat rush rush. Stopped for a snorkelling stop near island NOT over Meco reef as advertised. Children were not allowed to snorkel despite me asking this when booking. Husband said he saw five fish and that's it. Snorkelling advertised to be 40 mins but was 15 maximum. Basically another race across a small area of ocean after another crew member. Crew said Mexican laws say children can't snorkel but crew member admitted to me it's because they slow them down. Tried to speak to the staff but the so called manager wouldn't even look at us and just walked away. Wouldn't even entertain a conversation. Incredibly rude. At the end had a big cheek to walk round with the begging basket (tips) on top of incredibly expensive mis-sold day out. Photographer on board who takes photos and ushers you into below deck room to hard sell the photos.

I would like them to change the buffet, as when we went there was no variety and the facilities are a bit deteriorated.

Massive tourist trap, must pay for everything including toilet use. Even have to pay for shade. Swimming is pretty non existent as they have everything blocked off except the first 4 feet of the water.

Took the Caramarn to Isla Mujeres with friends. It was awesome and so much fun. Soaking in the sun the fountain of drinks, snorkeling in the beautiful teal ocean! What a great experience!! Highly recommend!

We were highly disappointed in this trip. We left the dock over an hour late causing a ripple effect on the whole trip. We were supposed to stop at Inles Mujeres for 50 minutes to snorkel and 35 minutes at Playa Norte. Neither one happened. We picked this trip for the snorkeling so this was a huge let down! After leaving Playa Centro, our guide said we had 10to snorkel. We only had goggles; no snorkel or flippers. The boat was experiencing maintenance problems so we were unable to get close to the reefs and the boat was unable to reach us upon return. We all had to swim against the current back to the boat. The crew did the best they could. They were professional, polite and brought drinks throughout the trip however, we chose this trip for the snorkeling and prestin beaches which we did not get. Once we got to Playa Centro, we PAID for a golf ride to the tip of the island. We thought we were going to see some turtles, Mylan culture but we only went to the tip to take pictures and headed back. Total time at the tip was 10 minutes. Highly disappointed and feel like we need a refund!
