All-inclusive beach day in LOS ARRECIFES REST. /open bar - massage and lunch..

I didn’t even want to give them a one. It states all inclusive but you have one meal (and your gonna get harassed for a tip for everything they offer) the messages were great but get ready once again… (they’re going to run you down for a tip)food was HORRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This was not a great experience. We paid for the “all inclusive” pass, honestly so disappointing. I will say, the waiters were all incredibly nice! If I had to go back, I would recommend not leaving the cruise port, and stay in the carnival owned port. Much NICER, and safer! The food was not all inclusive, and it was not good. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled horrible!!! Very murky. I’ve seen lake cleaner than this “beach”. Right down the street there was the “lazy lobster” where the beach was cleaner, but still murky! You paid for you food, and got a covered seat and table.

We were on a cruise and became ill so we couldn’t go. There was no refund so I was out over $130. To get a dr note for my insurance I would have to pay more than any refund

I am very disappointed that Viator offers this excursion. We had to sit in taxi to wait for more people, which took away from our time at the resort. The taxi ride there was very uncomfortable because of the dirt road with potholes. This place is in a very rundown area of town. Our server did not understand our food order and brought us 3 small tacos for 2 people. This was finally corrected after a long wait. Drinks were small and watered down. The beers were the only drinks we enjoyed. The beach could not be enjoyed because of the seaweed. I understand that the people are in need of money, But I do Not understand why they had to bother us every few minutes. This excursion was not worth the money that was charged. The only thing was worth anything was the massage. I will have to give some serious thought before using Viator again.

Well worth the price! On the unfortunate side, although tix were purchased from the Viator app by 2 different parties, we were given 2 different packages. Also, they claimed to have run out of certain beers. The servers were great.

This place was great. Especially our server Martin. He took care of everything we needed. Great experience. Massage was good too. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful excursion. Perfectly priced, excellent transportation to and from. Great food and service,and of course ALL you can drink Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant experience @ Arrecifes today. Taking transportation from the port was fairly easy and it was $4 per person. The staff were friendly, genuine, and attentive. They filled our drinks regularly and brought them to us. There were a few adequate choices for lunch. We stuck to what was included, but the fresh fish family style looked amazing. The beach had clear waters and was warm. The massage was my favorite but the whole day was very nice and low key! I would suggests depending on the season to get there early to avoid crowds and don’t forget to tip— their main source of revenue comes from tourism! Bring a screenshot or print out of what you purchased.

We booked this private excursion via Trip Advisor instead of one from our ship. Don’t be afraid to do so! At the port, we asked where to get taxis, which was outside the port gates. A $4 per person taxi ride took us to this destination. At first, we were a bit concerned by the restaurant rear entrance appearance, but don’t worry…from there, the owners made us feel very comfortable& restaurant and beach were very clean and they were very friendly&accommodating. The rum punch and food were good& the massage felt wonderful. It was well worth the price and we would recommend!

The massage on the beach was excellent and our host Carlos was great too. The spot on the beach was nice and clean. The food was good. Make sure you take pictures of your package there is no Internet and you can't see what your package paid for or the map. It was a good experience, I would come back.
