**Recogida en el aeropuerto:** A su llegada, recoja su equipaje y diríjase a la sala de arribos. Su conductor espera fuera de la terminal en el área de recogida de transporte terrestre con un cartel que muestra el logotipo naranja de Cancun Travel Experience. Presente su confirmación o identificación con foto al momento de la recogida. Su transporte estará listo exactamente 30 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje de su vuelo y puede esperar hasta 60 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje de su vuelo. Llegadas: si por casualidad tiene algún problema para localizar a su conductor, diríjase a cualquiera de los siguientes puntos de encuentro: - Terminal 2 (llegadas nacionales) en el Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (llegadas internacionales) en el Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 en Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 en el Welcome Bar **Recogida en el hotel:** Su hora exacta de recogida se confirmará un día antes de la salida de su vuelo, su conductor lo recibirá en el lobby de su hotel. Presente su confirmación o identificación con foto al momento de la recogida. Esté preparado y espere unos minutos antes de la hora de recogida confirmada, los conductores solo pueden esperar un máximo de 10 minutos después de la hora de recogida confirmada.

Communication was great. Our driver notified us as soon as he arrived. The van was clean. We had no issues.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Airport Transfer Experience! No hidden fees, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our pickup was right on time, and they even waited for us when we took a little longer than expected coming out of the airport. The operator stayed in contact with us throughout the process and knew exactly when our flight landed, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. We were picked up quickly and transported safely to our resort, which was about 45 minutes from the airport. We stayed at the resort for 7 days, and the round-trip airport transportation was only $89 for both drop-off and pickup. Great value for the price! I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again!
If I could put 0 stars I would. Booked this shuttle knowing that the Cancun pickup situation at the airport would be hectic, and they NEVER showed up. Tried contacting the driver but was only left with a chatbot and was given multiple phone numbers that did not work. Complete waste of time and money, ended up having to get an expensive taxi at the airport to our Airbnb. Please AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!
This service is a scam!!!!!! Booked a round trip shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Shuttle was not there when we arrived in Cancun. Number provided isn’t a valid telephone number so could not get in contact with anyone from Cancun Travel Experience. Driver eventually showed up after I reached out to Viator. Never received any correspondents/voucher for return trip either. Even after speaking with Viator for a 2nd time, the shuttle never showed up to take us back to the airport.
Transportation arrived early. Great driver and great conversation. Arrived early to the airport with no issues.

Paid for the round trip. No one showed up to take me to the airport. They read my many messages and still no one showed up.
I prepaid for round-trip airport transportation, but the return service was extremely stressful due to a complete lack of communication. When you’re traveling internationally and trying to catch a flight, reliable communication is essential. Ultimately I had to make additional arrangements for airport transfers even though this service was paid for in full prior to my arrival to Mexico. The customer service and communication with Cancun Travel Experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company.
