Salida desde el muelle de los Pegasos , muelle decorado con estatuas de pegasos son un par de Caballos Junto al Muelle de Embarque de Cartagena La Bodeguita, un miembro del equipo lo estará esperando, por favor esté a las 8:00 a.m. Nos vamos a las 8:30 a.m.
PRIMERA PARADA; Panoramico de los fuertes de Bocachica, constituyen un patrimonio histórico y arquitectónico de la ciudad de Cartagena de las Indias. Ubicado a orillas del canal al que debe su nombre, Bocachica es uno de los lugares más reconocidos de la isla de Tierra Bomba, gracias a su gran valor histórico y cultural para la ciudad y la región. Aquí se ubican el Fuerte San José de Bocachica y la Batería de Ángeles de San Gabriel, que junto con el Fuerte de San Fernando protegieron a la ciudad de los ataques de piratas y tropas enemigas durante la época colonial, convirtiéndola en epicentro de épicas batallas que pusieron la el ingenio militar de los españoles a prueba.
LA SEGUNDA PARADA es en una piscina natural en Isla de Grande, donde harás buceo, que consiste en nadar bajo el agua con una máscara de plástico transparente y un tubo de respiración (equipo de snorkel). Puedes observar la vida marina en los arrecifes de coral simplemente flotando boca abajo en la superficie o puedes sumergirte bajo el agua y nadar con los peces. tendrás la oportunidad de observar la vida marina.
TERCERA PARADA Visitaremos una isla privada, donde descansaremos, tomaremos el sol en tumbonas y disfrutaremos del mar azul turquesa. Acompañado de un coctel de camarones o limonada como prefieras.
CUARTA PARADA: Playa Blanca Famosa por sus playas blancas y aguas turquesas. Es la única playa pública, donde puedes pasar tiempo en una tumbona o camas balinesas, puedes explorar las hermosas aguas cristalinas. El almuerzo es un bono de $30,000 que debes canjear por las opciones que tenemos en nuestro menú. Puedes utilizar los bohíos, camastros, el baño y las áreas sociales sin costo adicional.

We did the Rosario Islands tour on February 22 with boat “Picante” (Group 1), booked through Panamericana agency. The outward journey was fine. However, the return to Cartagena was extremely unsafe. The boat was driven at excessive speed in rough water. We were completely drenched, water entered the boat, and several passengers’ phones and cameras were soaked. Many people were frightened. The situation felt dangerous, not just uncomfortable. This was not a minor inconvenience but a serious safety concern. Tourist excursions should prioritize passenger safety. Unfortunately, this return trip did not meet acceptable standards.

The experience we experienced with this tour in Cartagena de Indias was undoubtedly one of the worst we have had on a trip. It has absolutely nothing to do with what they promise on the reservation and should be investigated by the tourism authorities. 1. Unacceptable delay The activity began two and a half hours later. A total lack of purpose that demonstrates lack of organization and zero respect for customers. 2. Islands in deplorable conditions Except for the first, the other islands were dirty, neglected and focused only on promoting alcohol consumption. None of this is mentioned in the description. Conditions were unworthy for a sightseeing tour. 3. Change of operator without warning and more disorder After lunch in Barú, we were switched without warning, generating more delays and confusion. The activity that was supposed to start at 17:00 was delayed again, and there was even a risk that we would not be located. The disorganization was absolute. 4. Shameful situation after plankton After doing the luminescent plankton activity, we were left on a beach with nowhere suitable to change, forcing us to walk through a garbage-filled neighborhood. The bus was overcrowded and I had to change wrapped in a towel so I wouldn't get wet for more than an hour. To top it all off, this improvised operator did not return by boat, just as the original activity contracted indicated. 5. Deceptive lunch The activity said that lunch included 30,000 COPs to consume, but in reality there was only a single option for that value. This is misleading advertising. 6. Eczema due to unhealthy The next day I woke up with an eczema in my skin that has spread throughout my body. At the medical center I was confirmed that it is a fungal infection, most likely caused by poor hygiene in activity. I'm taking an antifungal prescribed by a professional. 7. Fraudulent port charge In addition, they charge a completely unnecessary port fee for the islands we visit. We were informed later that that fee does not apply to those routes, so it is a scam and that money ends up in the pocket of the lady who checks in. ⸻ ❌ Conclusion: I do not recommend it under any circumstances Delays, lies, impromptu changes, unsanitary, disorganization and undignified conditions. It has been a stressful, unpleasant experience and a far cry from what any tourist deserves. Do not hire this tour. There are much better and, above all, more professional options.
buenos dias espero este bien estos comentarios nos ayudan mucho a seguir trabajando para mejorar todas nuestras actividades y brindar la mejor experiencia. cuando nosotros salimos ya sea en lancha, bote, se debe esperar que los agentes encargado nos den la salida esto pueda que aveces por el volumen de embarcaciones que halla genere un poco de retraso. las islas que se visitan estan en las islas del rosario y tambien baru en las cuales intentamos que nuestros clientes vean lo mejor de cada sitio y estas islas son las que tienen las aguas mas cristalinas nosotros manejamos la logistica y el itinerario del plan que nuestros pasajeros han reservado y siempre estan con un guia orientador quien les esta notificando todo lo que se hara y explicando los sitios en los cuales llegamos y por cuanto tiempo estaremos en cada uno la actividad del plancton se realiza en playa blanca baru y se debe esperar hasta que este oscuro para que se vea mejor y la actividad sea un exito por esto se espera a que ya no halla luz solar y que este oscuro y asi poner comenzar la actividad y se pueda disfrutar en su mejor version cabe racalcar que tambien depende de la naturaleza ahi dias que se puede apreciar mas que otros al finalizar la actividad el retorno en via terrestre ya que despues de 8 de la noche retornar a la ciudad por lancha seria mucho mas riesgoso por ende cuando se hace la actividad de plancton retornamos a cartagena en bus con las capacidades para el numero de personas que tengamos eso puede variar manejamos buses desde 40 pax hasta vanes para grupos pequeños. en el almuerzo los clientes tienen un bono redimible a la carta y en la cual usted puede elegir lo que desea si el valor del plato es mayor al bono se paga la diferencia pero si no se desea pagar nada mas tiene 3 opciones pescado pollo o vegetariano la tasa portuaria es algo que se cobra en el muelle cosa por la cual no puede ir directo al bolsillo de la persona encargada de hacer el check in y eso lo pueden averiguar y ahi le indicaran cual es el valor que es para todas las perosnas que salen desde los muelles. espero esta respuesta aclare sus dudas y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar dia a dia

Excursion 5 islands very complete. Beautiful landscape and amazing beach club facing the sea. I sauté the mojarra dish, very rich and tasty. Music in the place fabulous.Price quality 10.

The exit site of the tour, is very messy! Several other companies occupy the same space, so it can be confusing. First, the description of the tour options are confusing on the site. I contacted, responded promptly, but still did not describe what happened in practice. I took the walk that contained sunset and to see the planktons. Almost dark, we were on a precarious boat, with several people inside, with two guides who barely helped people get up or down. Very amateur. We returned and left on a bus in very bad condition, on an even worse road. We arrived around 22:00 in Cartagena. I do not recommend this tour + planctons. Only without that option.

I believe that in general the descriptions of the Viator tours from Cartagena do not correspond to what really happens. In our case, there was no scheduled stop at Cholon, but we had to stay there for half an hour as a bonus. But Cholon is really a bastard as they say in the other reviews. We did not land to see the Fuerte de San Fernando, we only stayed observing from a very large distance... The snorkeling ride was reasonable. We also went to two private beaches, one at first was shallow, but the last one had a beautiful view of the modern part of Cartagena. We had lunch in Barú, a beautiful and very long beach. It was reasonable. The shuttle was pretty fast and comfortable, but sometimes the "DJ" put the sound too loud, and it failed.
