- Se recomienda reservar los vuelos con llegada a primera hora de la mañana a las Islas Galápagos y salida a última hora de las Islas Galápagos para asegurarse de que podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades de la excursión. Llegadas tardías y/o salidas tempranas significa que podría perderse algunas de las actividades.
- Si su vuelo se retrasa o se cancela y no puede llegar a Puerto Ayora para tomar la última lancha rápida a la isla Isabela, que sale en torno a las 14.00 h, el equipo le ayudará a encontrar el alojamiento en la isla Santa Cruz (no incluido). Se perderá actividades programadas.
- Tendrá un guía durante todo el programa, excepto en los barcos entre las islas.
- Intente llevar bolsas y equipaje pequeños, ya que el transporte público de las Galápagos suele ser pequeño y su equipaje podría ocupar mucho espacio.
- El agua del grifo en las islas Galápagos puede contener bacterias y no debe consumirse, ni siquiera para lavarse los dientes. Siempre se recomienda agua mineral o purificada.
- Infórmese sobre la seguridad en la comida al viajar a países tropicales. Tome la precaución necesaria para evitar la intoxicación (lávese siempre las manos antes de comer, no ingiera comida en la "calle", coma solo fruta pelada, etc.).
- El operador no asume ninguna responsabilidad por enfermedades o comidas y excursiones perdidas por enfermedad.
- Es importante tener un seguro de viaje que incluya seguro médico personal. Por favor, infórmenos de cualquier condición médica conocida que tenga.
- El operador turístico se reserva el derecho a cambiar el itinerario sin previo aviso debido a las condiciones meteorológicas, el reglamento del Parque Nacional o notificaciones y circunstancias impredecibles.
- Es posible tomar fotos durante el recorrido, por lo que se recomienda llevar un pendrive.
- Si viaja solo, puede unirse a la excursión en grupo y alojarse en una habitación privada abonando un único suplemento
- Se requiere un pasaporte vigente el día del viaje
- Para poder procesar su reserva por favor ayúdenos con toda esta información : vuelos de ida y vuelta desde y hacia Galápagos, Tipo de habitación (gemelo, matrimonial o triple), número de teléfono Whatsapp (en caso de que lo utilice).

We loved the tours with our family with Rebecca Adventure Travel on Isla Isabela, Galapagos Islands! It was very well organised. We did a kayak tour, a snorkelling tour, a bike tour and much more! We saw Blue footed boobies, sealions, turtoises, sharks, Iguanas en many more! The contact with the organisation was perfect! The were there at any moment via WhatsApp! Great trip! Snorkeling was amazing. All the guides were excellent and spoke English very well. Everything was handled very smoothly. My only regret was not spending a longer time on vacation in the Galapagos Islands.

The tour was expensive with relatively few daily activities (some days none at all). My main concern was the extremely poor organization of the tour itself. The agent Rebecca Adventure simply books tours that are available locally at any agent on the Galapagos island. The actual tours were fine. We had issues with the hotel bookings (very poor standard), luggage transfer, both boat trips, and transfer to airport. This poor organization was also shared with the small group of other travellers that overlapped with me on these days. The communication with the agent was sub-optimal. Am available to share more in private but overall this is not an agency I would choose or interact with in the future.

The problem with the Santa Cruz hotel was solved and we will refund you for the night you stay there (we will contact you internally), the second night you were changed to other hotel and we offered you an apologize dinner and a bottle of wine in our behalf. A friend and I visited the Galapagos Islands (two of them) with Rebecca Travel and had a wonderful time. The snorkeling was amazing, the accommodations were great, and the sites and the animals were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this destination and Rebecca Travel.

Almost perfect. I give this 4 and not 5 only because we were sold a “5 day” tour where we were encouraged to book an afternoon flight on the last day to ensure we didn’t miss any activities, however, even though we did this (which cost more) and booked a flight at 3.20pm, we just went straight to the airport that day, we did not go to see the crater as promised and this annoyed us a lot. Otherwise, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Ricardo our coordinator on Isabella was brilliant (although I don’t think he worked for Rebecca Adventure Travel) and Laura on Santa Cruz was great as she came to check on us which was super helpful because our coordinator there, Tayo, hadn’t told us what time to meet the next day. We booked the budget option and were surprised by the high quality of the hotels- really nice! The tours were fantastic! We had the best 3 days of our life (it’s really a 3 day tour) and it was much easier to book through Rebecca Adventure Travel (communication with the office was very efficient) than try to do it all ourselves. I highly recommend booking through them!
