The excursion seem a little disorganized. It was supposed to start at 10am but didn’t until 10:20am. Then once we got started, the small boat made a stop to pick up 2 ppl about 15 mins away. The boat was full and was told we had to make another stop to pick another 2 more. About 20 mins later we went to another dock where 4 ppl were waiting. Our boat ppl got on their cell, trying to figure out what to do. It was obvious we could not hold 4 more ppl. About 10-15 mins later we left w/out any of the 4 guests. It’s now 11am. Our actual snorkeling stops were good. We spent about 45 mins at the 1st stop. Saw lots of fish. The 2nd one was just as good. The 3rd one was more of a relaxed stop, not deep, where we could stand in the ocean. This is where the staff gave us beers, sodas and made fresh ceviche. As they were handing out the plates of food, we were told each plate needed to be shared with 2 people!! What? I said nope, and took my owned plate. That is ridiculous! Our tix did not include a “shared” fee. Since we got a late start, we were rushed getting back. We were on a cruise ship and our “all aboard” time was 3:15pm. The excursion was supposed to be 10am - 2pm. When we made the reservation, we knew we had plenty of time to get back. With all the delays, we got worried. When we got back to our dock, we were not given any information on catching a cab. We had to rush around trying to locate a cab. Another couple was on our same ship so we shared a cab back to the ship. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any time to visit the shops and had to head directly back to the ship. I do not recommend this excursion and would not book again.
Very good experience. Jessica is attentive to everything, she changed our reservation date without any problem. Ricardo and the captain of the ship were very attentive, and everything was very well organized. Highly recommended experience
Absolutely awesome experience-perfect for our family of four with two girls ages 14 and 11. The snorkeling was great and the sandbar with ceviche and drinks was like a dream. Our guides were wonderful and the entire process and day was top notch. Would highly recommend!
We had an awesome time! The snorkeling was amazing! Our whole family loved it! We would definitely go again the next time we are in Cozumel!
Fantastic cruise excursion and experience. The boat operators didn't communicate well where and what was happening before or when it was happening. The ladder getting on and off the boat from the ladder is short and difficult (elderly, kids, or those with strength or disabilities beware). Not the most safe feeling or comfortable boat. If the boat operators can provide a longer on and off ladder, communication forecasting with positivity the places traveling to and the times spent at each location, with maybe more comfortable secure seating, this excursion will be a five star highly recommend trip to take. As is, this trip was fun and good for the value but nothing to rave about. The stop locations to snorkel were perfect.

The tour was well organized. Staff was very professional and attentive. My only frustration is that I could not see any stars in El Cielo. On the other hand, we saw several stingrays in El Cielito.
Although very well planned out and no issues, this is a 3 hour snorkel not 4 hours. No issue for us but felt that it needs to be mentioned. It is a 4 stop snorkel. Very safe especially for poor swimmers. They provide all equipment and a floating vest. You just need to follow the life preserver as Cozumel has a strong current ( which almost makes this a drift snorkel). We had to either walk from the cruise port or take a $10 taxi. Lucky for us they offered to take us back to the port since taxis don’t wait here. Bring $1 per person for the entrance fee. We were greeted right at the entrance by friendly staff. The crew were very safe and at the last stop made us a snack. Drinks also provided. Overall very pleased and would recommend.
Great trip. Luis and Alex were awesome. Both help keep my family safe in the water. Saw nurses sharks. All kinds of fish. Turtles and sting rays. The stop at El cielo was awesome with the snacks and drinks. Would 100% recommended. Photos won’t upload from phone
It was a good tour. Tour guide was very supportive as well. If you focus on Snorkeling experience only, it's good. But you don't have any beach clubs around the area.
