The pickup situation was very long. We were asked to go to one specific location but there were many stops that took a long time. Communication was poor as to the itinerary for the day. We were left at the pyramids without any communication because the van decided to take other group members to the bathroom/restaurant early. No one would answer our messages and we were getting very worried. Everything took a very long time.
The tour was great. It wasn’t a large group and the facts pointed out along the whole tour was greatly appreciated and intriguing.
They didn't give us much free time at the Basilica and forced us to eat at a horrible buffet restaurant.
This was a great experience with a reliable guide and transport. We had many photo opportunities and did a lot of exploring on our own too.
While we had a good experience overall, we were disappointed with the organization and coordination of the tour. Additionally, the content of the tour involved less discussion of history than we had been led to expect. We were told that we would be contacted about the pickup details the day before the tour. We were not contacted, and did not hear from the tour operator until after we reached out to them the morning of the tour, after we had been waiting at the pickup point for 30 minutes. It was also unclear what exactly what was included in the tour (lunch, etc.), and our guide gave us conflicting information. In terms of the content of the tour, we really enjoyed the agave lesson and tequila tasting portion. And the sites we visited were of course very interesting. However, we would have preferred a tour that focused more on history and culture. Our guide was much more focused on numerology—interesting and relevant, but we felt at the expense of other aspects. Additionally, we requested a tour in English, but the whole tour was conducted in Spanish. We understood everything, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but that could be something to be mindful of.
On-time and very knowledgeable. We’ll do it again. Take it with confidence. Price is also very competitive.
Wow the Pyramids were fabulous!! Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. Our bus was full but comfortable . The buffet meal which is not included was very nice and needed after walking around the Pyramids
Rosa-Maria and Eli were our guides for this tour and I cannot express how thankful we are. The tour was fun, smooth and well thought! Rosa-Maria was very kind and her English was excellent. Bonus, they picked us up and dropped us off in front of our hotel so really great service. Thank you :)
Israel and Antonio were great. He was very knowledge and a sweet character. Were patient with our souvenir shopping and make it a fun experience.
Good daytrip, but they should give us more free time in Teotihuacan. Tlatelolco was included and we didn't shop there, why? I don't know... do better with next people!
