Prepárese para abrazar la magia de la cocina argentina en un ambiente cálido y amigable, donde cada revuelto, chuleta y cocción a fuego lento se suma a una noche inolvidable llena de conexiones que no encontrará en ningún restaurante de Mendoza. Aquí, aprenderás a cocinar 7 recetas de comida centradas en los sabores de Argentina, mientras bebes vino de primera. Nos reuniremos en mi apartamento, comeremos bocadillos locales y tomaremos cócteles de Vermuth, ¡y nos pondremos a cocinar! La clase durará alrededor de 3 horas y consiste en cocinar, socializar, comer y, honestamente, ¡probablemente algunos derrames y risas! Cocinaremos y comeremos 7 artículos que consisten en 2 aperitivos, 1 principal, 1 lado, 1 postre y todo lo que necesites para beber vino de una bodega cercana donde trabajo como sumiller (también tenemos bebidas sin alcohol si es necesario). Una vez terminada la clase, todos pueden ramificarse en el resto de su increíble noche en Mendoza con el vientre lleno y posiblemente algunos nuevos amigos para explorar!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.
