Itinerario
Al llegar a la marina, nuestros Anfitriones lo recibirán para dirigirlo hacia nuestra taquilla y poder hacer su registro. Aprovechen para tomarse una foto en nuestro bello y famoso parador turístico "CANCÚN". Ahí nuestros Recepcionistas le apoyaran dándole las primeras explicaciones del paseo, rellenando su contrato de adhesión, asistiéndolo en el uso de casilleros y otros puntos importantes. Al termino, pasaran al área de espera, para que nuestros Guías certificados les entreguen su equipo de esnórquel a la medida. Al término de la entrega del equipo de esnórquel, su Guía le explicará el funcionamiento de las embarcaciones, le compartirá las reglas del paseo, así como las señales de comunicación entre embarcaciones ¡y a zarpar a la aventura! Al termino del recorrido, regresaremos a la marina para poder entregar el equipo de esnorquel, recoger sus pertenencias de los casilleros, asi como tener acceso a los baños y regaderas. Navegará en su propia embarcación a través de la bahía, con dirección hacia el Arrecife Maya, hacia la Laguna Nichupté y de vuelta a la marina. Seguirá a su Guía en una sola fila. Aquí podrán ver la zona costera del norte de nuestra Ciudad.
El Arrecife Maya forma parte de la segunda barrera de coral más grande del mundo. Llegaremos ahí para poder practicar esnórquel. Su Guía le apoyará en todo momento y estará ahí para asistirles. ¡Disfruten de las bellezas marinas!
Al término del esnórquel, regresaremos a las embarcaciones para dirigirnos a Laguna Nichupte, donde haremos un recorrido entre canales naturales y manglares. Terminando el recorrido en Laguna Nichupte, será hora de regresar a la marina para terminar la actividad.

Do not book. Booked 2 hours prior to excursion and company failed to say that they were not snorkeling or doing any water activities due to weather. It was sunny. No rain. A little windy but nothing worth writing home about. When we check in we are told that it’s just a speed boat tour….nothing more, nothing less and the company refused to give a discount or try to make up for it in any way. I asked for a discount….as the other people in our group received one..but I was told NO and that they cannot predict the weather….even though they knew when I booked it. The boats were very loud and pieced together….the compartments on our boat weren’t secured and kept flying open during our ride. The ride was “nice” but I could have booked that same ride without the snorkeling for cheaper….do NOT book with this company as their actions were scandalous and they had less than par customer service.

Juanito took me on the boat ("lancha") for about fifteen minutes over the sea near Puerto Juárez, anchored at a buoy, and we went snorkeling. A wonderful variety of fish; I believe I even saw a small reef shark, otherwise barracudas and a lot of colorful fish whose names I do not know. Large shells on the seabed, beautiful corals; sometimes turtles venture there, but unfortunately not this time. Juanito always paid attention to my safety, and after a while, when I became too tired to continue snorkeling, we immediately returned to the boat. Fins and snorkels were provided; there was an option to leave your belongings in a locker on land, but you can also take them on board (with the risk that they might get wet, but that's just how it is at sea). Afterwards, we went to the lagoon, where we observed crocodiles, iguanas, frigatebirds, albatrosses (?), and pelicans. After about two and a half hours, we returned to the home port. Very nice tour!

Very fun the walk until you get to the places to swim. There is a lot of fish and crustaceans to see as well.
