The cruise was a spectacular experience! The ship is new, modern, and fully equipped. The food was excellent, but the biggest highlight was the crew, who made the trip even more special. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Agnes for her kindness, helpfulness, and attention at all times, as well as Manager Mr. Ha for taking such great care of every detail and every guest to ensure a perfect experience. I highly recommend everyone to take a cruise with Azura Cruise — without a doubt, one of the best cruise companies in Ha Long Bay!

Incredible! Amazing itinerary and lovely clean rooms with gorgeous views. The staff are incredible, thank you especially to Lucky who made our meals so special. They even had additional extras such as drone pictures and honeymoon decorations and cake with no additional charge. Chu and Agnes made our experience very special too!

The staff on the cruise were superb. We wanted to go to Cat Ba island and the guys arranged a transfer straight from the cruise boat to the island - which was amazing. Food and drink were all excellent. We went kayaking round some of the bright and dark caves. Other activities were planned (swimming and another kayaking in the morning). The rooms were spotless / excellent.
