Angkor Wat es un complejo de templos en Camboya y uno de los monumentos religiosos más grandes del mundo, en un sitio que mide 162.6 hectáreas. Originalmente construido como un templo hindú dedicado al dios Vishnu para el Imperio Khmer, se transformó gradualmente en un templo budista hacia finales del siglo XII.
Uno de los templos más famosos de Angkor, Ta Prohm es conocido por los enormes árboles y las enormes raíces que crecen en sus paredes. El templo de la selva también apareció en la película de aventuras "The tomb raider"; Varias tomas fueron filmadas en el Ta Prohm.

The Terrace of the Elephants es parte de la ciudad amurallada de Angkor Thom, un complejo de templos en ruinas en Camboya. La terraza fue utilizada por el rey de Angkor, Jayavarman VII, como una plataforma desde la cual ver a su ejército victorioso. Estaba pegado al palacio de Phimeanakas, del cual solo quedan unas pocas ruinas.

I can’t speak highly enough of Priam and this fantastic tour! We were picked up in a very nice air-conditioned car, Priam was incredibly informative about all the history of the temples, kings, and the surrounding areas. I asked a lot of questions! He knew all the best spots for photos too! Priam has a very kind and calm demeanour and happy to be flexible around what we wanted to do with our five-year-old daughter. He filled us in on the history of his family as well when we asked which was also interesting to learn about the more recent history of Cambodia in the area, and what it was like growing up through the civil war for him and his family. Don’t hesitate to do this tour it’s an absolute MUST do here.

Mr Praim was an exceptional tour guide. He was an excellent storyteller of the history of Angkor Wat and guided us through the temples efficiently and thoroughly. He also gave us excellent historical and current perspectives of Siem Reap and Cambodia.
My partner and I did the small circle Angkor tour as we only had one day to discover the beauties of the area. Keo Sieng was our guide and he was very knowledable and engaged while taking us on a journey through history. He told us stories behind each stone-carved image which significantly enriched the whole experience of admiring the art. Definitely reccomend!

Highly recommend this amazing private tour with Praim .
