Next, the journey continues to Lauterbrunnen, one of Switzerland’s most enchanting valley villages. Nestled between steep, dramatic cliffs, this picturesque town is famous for its stunning waterfalls—over 70 of them cascade down the mountainsides, creating a magical, fairytale atmosphere. For first-time visitors, Lauterbrunnen is a place that feels like stepping into a postcard: lush green meadows, quaint chalets, and breathtaking views at every turn. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh mountain air, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and capture unforgettable photos of this truly unique alpine valley.
A walk to Staubbach Falls is one of the most iconic and rewarding strolls in Lauterbrunnen, perfect for visitors of all ages. Starting from the village center, the path leads gently through flower-filled meadows and traditional Swiss chalets, with sheer limestone cliffs rising dramatically on both sides of the valley. As you walk, the sound of rushing water grows louder, guiding you toward the falls. Staubbach Falls plunge nearly 300 meters from an overhanging cliff, making them one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. A short trail allows visitors to walk behind the waterfall, offering a refreshing and unforgettable perspective from within the rock face. The walk is short, easy, and incredibly scenic, taking around 15–20 minutes one way. Beautiful scenery, the bus ride was comfortable , the guide was very helpful. Overall experience was great, those places are very pleasant and I am glad we did the trip , the price was very good. I definitely recommend the tour and this tour company.

This was relatively self guided. There wasn’t a great deal of information shared but I didn’t have that expectation. Guides were very casual and accommodating. It rained for the first half of the tour.

We had a wonderful time and the all day tour was just perfect especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Switzerland. We were able to cover all the great places to visit. Thanks to David being welcoming, for doing such a great job giving us all the historical facts/info about the different towns/villages we visited. He was also good with providing us strict/specific details about the time/schedules so we can all enjoy the itinerary at each location stops. I would definitely recommend this tour 👍

I give it 4.5 because it was an amazing tour. It is a Nice bus, beautiful amazing areas, nice staff, and everything on schedule. However, I will give it 5 if we had just 15-30 minutes more in each of the 3 destinations to have time to complete the attraction in each location. We were literally running and quickly going through the attraction to be able to go back on time to the bus. I also suggest to add a phone charging plug in each seat. Most buses have that usually. Thank you we had a great time and highly recommend the tour for people who can run around to see things.

Good trip overall but there was unclear instructions about pick up in lauterbrunnen. We couldn’t find the pick up point there was a few people who also couldn’t and within a few minutes they left without us all. They also said it was 5.30 leave in interlaken but they left at 5 so there was lots of empty seats on the bus in the way home. The guide was ok but the bus driver was a total pervert. He told me I had a perfect figure and asked if I would bend over so he could take a photo of my bum and legs.

This tour was mainly drive us to a spot. Let us off and we’re on our own for hour or two hours. That’s all it was.
