Fantastic! Lots of fun if information about the history of Zurich. Virgina was wonderful and made the trip fun. Lindt is worth the trip and the cruise back was a nice way to end the day. Highly recommend!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our tour guide, Sandra. From the very beginning of the tour, Sandra brought incredible energy, warmth, and enthusiasm that made every moment enjoyable. She was jovial, genuinely funny, and had a wonderful ability to keep everyone engaged throughout the journey. Her passion for what she does was evident every single day. Beyond her great sense of humor, Sandra shared fascinating insights about each destination, enriching our experience with stories, history, and local knowledge that made every stop meaningful. The itinerary was well curated, and her organization, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. Having travelled extensively and joined many tours across Europe over the past three years, I can honestly say that Sandra is the best tour guide I have ever had. She has set an exceptionally high standard through her dedication, knowledge, and outstanding customer service. She doesn’t just guide a tour—she creates memorable experiences that people will remember long after the trip ends. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and recognition to Sandra. She is a tremendous asset to your organization, and I hope many more travelers will have the privilege of experiencing one of her tours. Thank you, Sandra, for making our journey so memorable and enjoyable.
Very informative and a fun experience. Guide was knowledgable and friendly. Answered all our questions patiently.
We had Adolfo as our guide and he did a brilliant job. The bus was clean and comfortable, timing was perfect for us.
The tour guide Renate was very professional and organized the trip very well. She was nice, detailed oriented. It was a pleasant experience for our family.
The second part with the chocolate museum, boat ride and the FIFA museum was great. The morning part was spent on the bus too much and we didn't actually walk around old town except for 15 minutes. We didn't have the greatest guide on this trip, which affected our experience.
Evereone in my family loved it.
Great tour guide Marianne. She was very knowledgable, kind, and an excellent English speaker. Awesome awesome awesome would recommend her.
Fun experience. We rode the bus for a tour of parts of the city, stopped by the lake for a quick photo, walked through part of Old Town, had a quick boat ride, walked to the Lindt chocolate tour and had the option to take the public bus back to the starting point. Be prepared for parts of the trip to be hot and include walking. Totally fun and worth it!!
Highlight of our trip to Switzerland!
