Our guide will meet you at Zurich Bus Station, where you’ll board our modern Skyglass panoramic bus for a truly scenic journey. Departing from Zurich, we’ll make a short stop in Lucerne to pick up additional guests before continuing through Switzerland’s breathtaking landscapes. Throughout the drive, your guide will share engaging insights about the region, its culture, and the iconic sights along the way. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular views as we travel toward Interlaken, where you’ll have approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to explore and experience this beautiful destination.

A walk to Staubbach Falls is one of the most iconic and rewarding strolls in Lauterbrunnen, perfect for visitors of all ages. Starting from the village center, the path leads gently through flower-filled meadows and traditional Swiss chalets, with sheer limestone cliffs rising dramatically on both sides of the valley. As you walk, the sound of rushing water grows louder, guiding you toward the falls. Staubbach Falls plunge nearly 300 meters from an overhanging cliff, making them one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. This option includes a scenic ride on the Harderbahn funicular to Interlaken’s famous viewpoint at 1,322 meters, offering spectacular panoramic views over Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, and the surrounding Alpine peaks. A stroll along Höheweg Street is the perfect way to experience the heart of Interlaken. This is a great tour for anyone who wants a quick overview of the beautiful Oberlander. It was a bit frustrating for us because the largest amount of time was at Interlaken, a tourist town. There wasn’t enough time in Lauterbrrunnen to see the Trümmelbach Waterfall and not enough time in Grindlewald to even ride the cable car to the first stop. I wouldn’t spend the money on this tour again.

The tour guide David and driver Stephanos were amazing. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. That was once we found them. My confirmation said we should me our tour guide who would be wearing a red jacket at the bus in bay 16. Bay 16 was empty, but we did find the bus. The guide and driver were NOT wearing anything red due to 100° temps. Communication from the company was not good at all. The trip itself was wonderful.

We arrived for our tour with our infant, who had been included on our booking and ticket. Upon arrival, we were told that the tour operator was not expecting an infant and that our child was not on the manifest. We were then informed that we could not join the tour because there was no car seat available. We immediately contacted customer support and requested either an alternative tour date or a refund. We were told that parents were required to provide their own car seat and that this requirement was stated in the tour’s additional information. However, when we checked the listing and provided screenshots, there was no mention of a car seat requirement in the additional information at the time of booking or on the day of the tour. After we raised this issue, the additional information on the listing was updated to include a statement that customers should bring their own baby seat. Despite this change, our request for a refund was denied. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. We repeatedly asked why our infant had been omitted from the manifest despite being included on the booking, but this question was never answered. We were unable to participate in any part of the tour and received no benefit from the service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this tour operator due to the poor communication, refusal to address legitimate concerns, and lack of assistance when a booking issue arose that was outside of our control.

Total unknown. Viator app booked wrong date. We weren't even in Switzerland (trip not until October) so we are hardly an authority about this. We did, however, get to pay for the pleasure of not having the experience...
