Itinerary
Zakopane is the winter capital of Poland in the far south of the country, about 110 kilometers from Kraków. The resort is located at the foot of the Tatras and offers an unforgettable and spectacular view of the highest Polish peaks. Zakopane itself is an attraction with the famous Krupówki promenade, traditional buildings and ubiquitous folklore.
We provide pickup directly from your accommodation within Krakow.
The Gubałówka (1126 m asl) is a popular destination for many tourists who come to Zakopane both in summer and in winter. The lower station of the Gubałówka Railway is located in the extension of Krupówki Street. With a comfortable car with a glass roof, you can fully enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Tatras. The summit of Gubałówka towers magnificently over Zakopane.
At the Krupówki there are sophisticated premises, atmospheric highland restaurants, shops and institutions. There are also carriages and old wagons with Oscypek (smoked hard cheese from sheep's milk made in the High Tatras), Kiepe and Spitzen. A great place for tired mountain hikers. Even for those who prefer it more comfortable, Krupówki is the perfect destination.
The ski jump Wielka Krokwia in Zakopane is a well-known sports facility in Poland. It is a natural hill, located on a slope, literally between woods whose stands can hold 50,000 fans. Next to the ski jump there is a chairlift to the Wielka Krokiew.
Visit the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, one of the classic works of the Zakopane style.
Traditional Polish village with wooden houses.

We had such a lovely day! Our guide was called Ivan, and he was excellent. We were picked up in a very spacious, scrupulously clean van and there were eight of us on the tour. Everything was carefully planned, and we enjoyed all of the stops very much. We felt the trip was excellent value for money. The mountains are beautiful. Thanks for a great day out!

We’re glad to hear you found our driver pleasant and professional. Before the tour, we do inform our guests that this is a high season period and that Zakopane can be very busy, with large numbers of visitors. Zakopane is indeed a popular and lively mountain town, especially during peak times, which can feel overwhelming for those who prefer quieter places.
